+ -1 moreKevin came on Friday and gave us an estimate of 235.00. Company called on Monday to schedule for that Wednesday. Company called again on Tuesday to confirm appointment. Kevin showed up on time and went right to work. Job took about 4 hours and the windows and entryway look fabulous. The windows are so clean it is hard to tell there are glass in some of them. I would highly recommend the company; they are Top Notch.
Description of Work: Cleaned all windows and sliders inside and out. Cleaned tracks. Removed screens, cleaned and reinstalled. Pressure washed front porch and entryway.

+ 0 moreWork was done on date and time quoted. Work was done very well I was satisfied in all respects. After work was complete and pool cleaners came they noticed scratch marks on the bottom of the pool. I call jeff and he said he would take a look and get back to me. Once this was done he sent someone back over and they took care of all the marks under water at no charge promptly. I was please in all respects and will use this company next year asking for the same technician to do the job again.

+ -1 moreEverything was great, from the initial contact through the delivery of services. The initial message we left was promptly returned, the owner came out quickly to provide a written estimate and then the services were provided soon thereafter. All four persons who came to the house did an outstanding job (because there were three types of services, there were three visits with different people, Terry, Mike, Melissa and Melinda). Everyone was on time and professional in what they did and did a great job. All service appointments were confirmed in advance and a follow up call was made to check on performance. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Top Notch was actually able to provide three services that we needed: general house cleaning, furniture cleaning and bathroom tile cleaning. The furniture and tile cleaning required hand cleaning rather than the easier steam cleaning due to the delicate nature of the furniture fabric and the small size of the tiles. The house cleaning also required a more delicate approach as our home has extensive breakables.

+ 1 moreJack and Kevin did an excellent job of both cleaning the windows inside and out and pressure washing the house and deck. They even cleaned our outdoor furniture. The house looks brand new! I couldn't believe the difference it made, especially with the deck. I had given up hope that the mildew and stains would ever come off of our Trex decking. They came promptly on the day that was specified and stayed until the job was done. It was worth the expense, and we will use their services again.

He removed all of the stains and left the carpet looking clean and light. I did not have to move my belongings myself. The price I paid for the work was reasonable.
Description of Work: The carpet cleaner cleaned both the Berber carpet inside my home & the indoor/outdoor carpet of my Florida room. He also applied stain remover and sanitizer and made everything look clean & smell nice.

I would like to especially compliment Craig, the window cleaner who spent hours cleaning the 65+ windows in our new house that were filthy and damaged. Craig's professionalism, honesty and work ethic are exceptional. I never thought twice about having him in the house by myself or with my children. Also, Jeff, the owner, worked hard to accommodate my needs as the cleaning schedule became a moving target as the painters and other service people got delayed. Christmas fast approached and Jeff made every effort to ensure the cleaning was accomplished.
Description of Work: I used Top Notch to clean my house prior to moving into a renovated home that contained a lot of construction debris and mess, as well as filthy blinds and windows that had not been cleaned in years. They proved me with excellent service for both the "normal" weekly clean as well as the "construction cleaning".

+ -1 moreI think I described thoroughly above. The estimate was done within 2 hours of my call and the work was done the very next Monday. Very quick.
Description of Work: We have a large house on the water with many windows. All windows were throughly cleaned inside and out. We have one huge window that is about 32 feet above ground, with very little clearance on the ground to place a ladder. The guys actually put the ladder in our pool and grounded it with bricks to get to the window. They were extremely professional/it was really battle pay that they deserved as our windows were awful. They started promptly at 8:00 and finished just in time at 5:00. Anyone who wants windows cleaned should use them. We have used others as have our neighbors, and none can compare. They were also very friendly to our dogs and our dogs liked them. That is usually a good sign if you can trust someone.
