Very pleased with the price and service. Came when they said they would. Shorlty after I accepted their bid, they started the work. Worked very hard and cleaned afterwards.

This was a unique project where not all owners were having their windows cleaned and those that did had different window cleaning needs. They followed instructions of which owners needed what done. From start to finish was satisfied. Showed up on time on day of estimate and day of work.

We called this company when another one failed to show up to do our window cleaning. So, we were a little wary of how it might go. We should not have been concerned. The owner called early in the scheduled day to check on the weather in our area. We decided to reschedule for a little later in the day to avoid possible rain. Robert showed up on time for the rescheduled appointment. He was very courteous and responsive. He worked quickly and efficiently but thoroughly. He even took a couple of minutes to dust the outside of the blinds on the inside of our 2nd living room window which is located too high for us to reach. This was certainly not an expected part of the service so we were delighted. We were pleased with the work and would use this company again.

On time, cleaned without incident, and I can now see well out the windows!

I have used him several years in a row. They are really good. They call the day before to let me know they are coming. They always show up when they say they will. They are reliable. Their pricing is always the same as the estimate. They haven't raised their prices in a couple of years. They are courteous and they always clean up before they leave.

The serviceman was a half hour late although he did call to tell me he was behind and changed the time he would arrive. The carpet and tile were cleaned promply. He was completed with the job in less than 2 hours. The price he has on the work order was different (higher) from the quoted price. He picked up on that immediately. He charged me the quoted price.

They have done all kinds of work for me. I have never had such a perfect and prompt service. There is a person named Connie, who hears very little and is speech impaired. She is wonderful and great worker. They do quality work.

I couldn't clean the Berber carpet, so I called them out. Overall, I have had a pleasant experience with them. They were nice guys and professional. They did a good job, and I didn't have any problems with them. They did everything they said, and they were timely. My expectations were higher than what I got. Their price was very fair.

They came right away and did a thorough job. I have windows with sliders and there is a lot of surface area. He worked on them for a couple of hours and did a real good job. My overall experience was extremely positive. The price was great for the amount of work they did.

My experience with Top Notch Cleaning has been excellent. There price is great. I usually get the same person each month unless she is on vacation. She does a very good job and I can trust her. She goes above and beyond. I will continue to use Top Notch Cleaning in the future.

Top Notch Cleaning did a fine job. The pricing was expensive, but it was a difficult job. They did quality work, and they showed up on time.

Top Notch is always on time and they do a really good job. I had a little trouble with one of the ladies that they sent out, so they took her off of the list, and sent out somebody different which I really appreciated. Very good customer service. They are very good at being responsive, and they are very flexible as well. I will comtinue to use this company in the future.

They did a good job. We will use them to wash the windows. They showed up on time. They were very courteous. They moved the smaller furniture.

It was an excellent experience. I was incredibly impressed with the detail orientated way that they did the job. There was one guy that came in the morning at 8:00 & then another guy that came at 1:00 & they were here until about 6:00 in the evening & got it all done in one day. The quality of the work was top notch, just like their name. If I ever needed this type of work done in the future I would absolutely hire them again.

We have used them for many different services that they provide. They are very considerate and very flexible. The people that they send out have been very well trained and are thorough. If they don't do a good job, the owner wants to know about it. I have also heard that he is a good boss. He is a very good person to work for and is considerate of his employees.

Placed a call to Top Notch and spoke to a young lady that took my information and what services I was interested in and promised to have a service tech call me back shortly. The tech called within 20 minutes and was scheduled for the next day. He even called the next day to say he was on his way, on time by the way. Great service, prompt, overall satisfied and would recommend.

Jeff arrived early (very punctual!) and cleaned all windows from the inside first, then he went outside to clean all windows as well as the tracks. The entire job took about 5 hours. Jeff, did, however, forget to clean the track and outside of the garage window which was not really a big deal. I cleaned it myself. I was told, during the estimate process, they would clean all the mold accumulating outside front windows but I cannot tell that this was done. Jeff was very professional and personable. I wish I had inspected the job more thoroughly, however, prior to his leaving. Overall, he did a good job.

Used this company for several years but the quality went downhill. The owner is willing to change out the cleaning ladies he sends to your home when you are dissatisfied with their reliability, the quality of their work, or when they are excessively rough in their cleaning; and the owner does offer to reimburse you for damaged items, once you purchase a replacement. He will call you back in a day or two. He also provided complimentary cleaning when I was dissatisfied with the job that was done. After being unhappy with three successive employees, who seemed to be worn out by the time they got to my home, I gave up on them.

I have recommended them to others several times. They are reliable and show up on the time and date appointed. I have always been satisfied with their work and my house looks very nice when they leave.

Called on Tuesday, Jeff scheduled for Friday. Kevin arrived on time and started work immediately. Kevin did not rush and did an exceptional job. Jeff explained several idiosyncrasies of our windows. The price was fair, response was timely and work was excellent. Will call them again.
