 + -1 moreI don't post often but had a bad customer experience here. The estimator was mad that I could not take the appointment earlier than the scheduled time and left. When I called, they said to use another vendor. I read other posts about the poor customer experience and was going to use them nonetheless. At least I found out early on that the other posts were true. After going through this, I would recommend Bob's Carpet and Flooring. They came the same day, the salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable, and we were able to lock in the installation with great rates and financing terms.

 + -1 moreThe sales person at the store helped us choose the type of hard tile flooring we wanted, known as ''VCT'', or vinyl composition tile. This is the type of tile found in places of high traffic, such as grocery stores. The store also provided installers, who delivered the tile and installed it very efficiently. We're very satisfied.
