+ -1 moreThe guy who came in chipped my tub. The work was sloppy and out of line. When I called them about it they came back and the guy told me they would fix it and told me not to cancel the credit card payment. The guy came back out and took pictures and they said they would get it done soon. They didn't call me back and I've tried calling them back to see when they're coming back but I haven't heard back from them. You can never get a hold of the owner. I think they might be trying to exploit me because I am elderly.
Description of Work: They came out to put in a new acrylic walls.

+ -1 moreOverall, the people at the company are very polite and helpful. The company advertises that the job will be complete in one day. The job took 22.5 hours over the course of 2.5 days from start to finish. The installer was a relatively new employee. He seemed very responsible and wanted to make sure the job was done correctly. For whatever reason, I believe that he was sent to do this job on his own but perhaps was not quite ''up to speed'', so to speak, to accommodate the ''one day service'' pledge. Of course 24 hours equals ''one day'' so technically the job was completed within 24 hours - just over a period of 2.5 days. The finished product looks good.
Description of Work: Installation of acrylic tub and walls. The job included a visit from a sales consultant who measured for the job and placed the order with the company for supplies. Another individual was responsible for installation. A project manager oversaw the job via telephone and one visit during the installation process which took 22.5 hours over the course of 2.5 days.
