Description of Work: Our AC went out over a weekend and Colleen and her team were amazingly responsive. Not only did they schedule a time to come asap, they were very professional and had the AC fixed within the promised time frame.

Description of Work: Had to have a copper pipe re-insulated. Had a service done and an overflow switch replaced. Also signed up for a semi-annual service plan.

+ -1 moreAwful. I had to keep on them about time, cleaning after themselves, and making the job look professional. I did not hire myself, I thought I hired AC people. Half time I felt as if I could have done it myself.
