They were amazing. I called them on Monday, asked if they could come out as soon as possible because I was having a bridal shower at my house soon. They said they were booked solid but would squeeze me in. They arrived on Wednesday afternoon, father and son and worked right away getting my carpet re-attached. They even put my hallway carpet back too. These guys were so nice, friendly and professional and the fact that they squeezed me in to their busy schedule because I had an emergency was awesome! I'll definitely use them again for any carpet needs.

Rex and Rex provide the best service at the best price. They are very professional, on time, thorough, very nice and neat. I went to work with old blue carpet on my outdoor patio and returned to new green carpet. They removed all my patio furniture, removed the old carpet, secured the boards, installed the new carpet and replaced my patio furniture exactly as it was.. I recommend Swaine highly.

I called Swaine Carpet Service to scheduled a repair in my living room carpet. They had a cancellation and were at my house within 30 minutes. Rex fixed my carpet in my living room. Great service.

They showed up on time, were very professional and gave me a quick estimate. They offered to do the repair right then and there so we didn't have to schedule another date and time. They were so quick and efficient and very respectful of our office environment. I will use them again when this type of service is needed.

OH MAN, GREAT SERVICE!!! Rex and Rex were professional on the phone and in person. They came out as scheduled and provided a fair quote. I did not have much time to have the work completed, so they did it on the spot. They even stretched where I hadn't noticed, complimentary. I wished I had used their service earlier so I could enjoy the work. I highly recommend this company for carpet service and I am not easy to please. Thank you so much for great service!!

A section of carpeting approximately 3 X 10 had been removed (cut out) from the family room due to water damage. This same piece of carpeting was allowed to dry and was re-seamed into the area where it was removed. The quality of the work was excellent. The response time was equally excellent. A very professional company.

The final project in my house renovation was the floors. My house not only had nasty carpeting throughout but also besides the furniture, a lot of extra boxes and loose items that had to be managed. My son had hired the Swaines to do carpet repair and stretching at his home and he recommended that I talk to them among those I considered. I'm glad I did. While others looked leery and added dollars to their estimates to move the clutter, the Swaines took it in stride. Their quote was fair and their attitude is wonderful. The tile was the first part of the job. They have a subcontractor who does the tile installation, a Vietnamese family business, with excellent tile skills but little English which made that part of the job a little challenging. They removed the carpet from my Florida room, a bedroom, and the front entry way to install the tile. Ultimately, the subfloor in the bedroom wasn't suitable for tiling and that was carpeted. The front entry way and the Florida room tile, laid diagonally, are beautiful. They discovered an old tile patio, that was probably an outdoor patio, under the carpet in the Florida room and had to level it. Because of that their part of the project took three days. Rex and Rex had ordered the carpeting while the tile work was proceeding and began ripping out old carpeting on day four, treating treating stains and fixing the subfloor problems. I discovered a lot about carpeting as I researched and caution people who are looking at carpeting to be careful with the new soft yarn luxury carpet types. People are having a lot of trouble with them from having to purchase new vacuum cleaners to carpets that look old after just months. The Swaines helped me find a perfect carpet that looks great and feels luxurious. They've been doing repairs on carpets for years and know the mistakes many carpet installers make so this installation job was done with all of that expertise. They adjusted doors when the new thicker materials made it necessary and dealt with the 1950's style flush baseboards that were standard then and planned the installation for the best light reflection and least seaming. I can't find the seams; they are that good. Moving all of my stuff probably added a day to their job and they did everything cheerfully and carefully, coming back on Saturday to finish. Thank you, Rex and Rex, for an excellent experience.

Crew called before arrival, showed up on time. Assessed problem and arrived at solution which was immediately implemented. Fast, friendly, expert work at a reasonable cost. This fix will allow us to avoid full carpet replacement for probably several years.

I am extremely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Swaine. They are a family business (father & son) that take pride in what they do. The area they re-stretched is a large great room (living room & dining room feeding into the master bedroom). They did a wonderful job and finished in just over 2 hours (they originally came out to quote the work, but were able to fit me in that morning). I highly recommend Swaine and will use them for all future flooring purchases and installation work.

Sent schedule request thru Angie's List late on Sunday the 9th. Had response from Rex on morning of the 10th that they were in my area and could provide an estimate after finishing another job. When they arrived the job was quickly evaluated and as soon as a couch and couple of end tables could be moved the job was done. Both Rex and Rex Jr were great, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Drilled and re-nailed the tack strip and power stretched the lift line til it was gone. Great job, very reasonable price and even honored their coupon in spite of it being a very small job. Highly recommend them to anyone.

All the areas look like brand new. You can tell where the strip in the closet was but it is behind furniture in a storage closet so I do not mind as it is better than subfloor showing. Also they did tell me it would look like that so it was my choice. *They were late but there was an accident on 275(which was on the local news). They did apologize for being late due to the accident.

We had a kind of unusual situation. We needed to replace an old stair runner and happened to have an area rug (cut and bound carpet) in like new condition that we wanted to use as replacement. The folks at Naffco, from whom we had purchased the carpet originally and also the old stair runner, were not interested in the project because we were not actually buying new carpet. The Swaines were wonderful. They were able to handle the entire process: removal of the old runner, cutting and serging of the new piece and installation. For the serging they handled finding a place that provides the service, taking the rug there, bringing us a sample of two different thread colors to choose from, and then working with the vendor to have the work done. When it was ready, they picked up the runner and installed it in our home. The gentlemen (father and son) were very personable and we were comfortable having them in our home. The runner is perfectly installed and the price, was very fair, especially considering the coordination of the second vendor, which would have been a big hassle for us on our own. The price above included the fee for the serging. I highly recommend Swaine Carpet Service.

His name is Rex Swaine. He sells and repairs carpets. We came to know of him from the yellow pages. He came to my house on 24 hours notice to stretch a rug before a shower. I also had him do some work in my daughter's house recently. He did a good job on both occasions. He is very understanding and accommodating.

They were polite, professional, and they came the same day I called them. I would call them again. They came when they said they were going to.
