rude rude rude rude !!!!! stay away. not sure they care about you once the job is completed !!!! horrible customer service the lady other the phone doesn't even want to try !!!! im in shock !!!! i had a fence installed over 3 years ago by previous owners. the fence is no longer in warranty which is fine. now the gate broke during the hurricane and i need it fixed. we're in february my gate broke in september. they send craig their sales rep. doesn't seem much knowledgeable it they did this gate or not. quoted me $709 just to fix a broken gate. absolutely crazy. i just want 2 parts of pvc to fix my gate but they are not selling over the counter. which i could understand if i was a "new" customer. but they put the gate on ! now im stucked ...because they have their own style !!!!! i will not use them ever ever again !!!!

Brian, John and Brandon did a first class job, they installed close to 400" feet of PVC Fence for me in 2 days. They were punctual, polite and answered every question I asked in a timely and professional manner. Thanks guys for a first class job, well done and done right the first time !!!

Could not ask for better install. Finished in 1 day and looks spectacular. John and Brian did a fantastic job and delivered everything that I asked for, including very little gap on the bottom so my fur babies were safe.

Not well. Run, don't walk, away from this fence company. They do not deliver when promised. Said they would install fence in eight weeks; salesman (Craig Hyde) said he would try to get it expedited as our pool would be without permanent fencing. First they blamed city for taking too long to review the plans. I checked with city and that was a lie--plans hadn't even been submitted. We were told several times that the installation would be in two weeks; that didn't happen. Front office staff that answer the phone are polite, although they don't call when they say they will. For example, they said they would call before the underground locator firm came to do their work. The underground locator showed up at our guard gate at 7:00 am, which is before our association allows work to begin, and we had no idea they were coming. The manager Mike is not polite and didn't return my husband's phone calls. Now we are at 12 weeks and "maybe" they will install next week. Whatever you do, don't pay by check as the fence company will use your money for months before doing any work. I paid extra to use my credit card and if the fence isn't installed next week, will dispute payment to the credit card company.

We received three estimates.. This one was comparable in price to another company, but we were able to get a survey done by the other company so we chose them. I would not hesitate to recommend Superior.

The estimator, Steve, came out and measured the new location of the fence and told me he would, "get back with me in a couple days" because he was going to be out of town. He needed to call the city to find out where my property line ends since I couldn't find the survey in my closing documents. Steve never called me back with an estimate so after two weeks of not hearing anything, I called the company and told the receptionist that I hadn't heard from Steve and she said, "he is out of the office today but I'll send him a text message and let him know." She was not apologetic by any means and I told her that I only wanted Steve to call me back if he still wanted to do the work. Well it's been another two weeks and I haven't heard anything from Steve or the company. I am definitely not calling them back and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Had to do a few estimates thanks to the HOA but Superior was kind enough to accommodate. Very happy with the end result. Just be aware that there is an extra 'fee' for paying with a credit card.

A person allegedly representing Superior Fencing measured our lot on a Thursday and met us at their facility the next Saturday when they were closed to choose a style from the outside display. He provided a company business card and brochure. He was supposed to drop off a quote the following Monday, 9/7. It is now 9/23 and we have not heard from him.

This was an amazing experience and the people and installers were the best. I can't say anything negative. I would highly recommend this company and anyone wanting a quality fence and a professional installation. Thank you Craig and Mike and the guys that installed the fence.....

Went very well; installers very attentive to detail and excellent quality materials. Only negative is that a month or two following installation I called in a service need for the gate and they never responded.

Their estimate was too high. They came in a reasonable time and they were very professional but they were way out there. The price was not my best estimate but everything else was fine. They were on time and they dealt with me adequately and they answered my questions. He was very polite and very friendly. He did his job. He did everything just right but other people quoted me a better deal. It wasn't the best deal for me.

It was a totally awful experience. I originally thought from the pleasant lady that schedules your appointment for someone to come out and do measurements , that it was going to be a simple no-brainer gate replacement. I was quoted an awful price of 656.00 for a new replacement gate when he did come out. I thought that was very high, but my gate was falling apart, so I agreed to the price. The man asked for half down, 328.00 and said they would be out in two weeks. I always remember people saying, never to pay someone in advance before the work is done. Well, I should have listened to myself. After three weeks of waiting for my gate I called the company and asked if they had quoted me the wrong price and when were they going to install my gate ? It was only a wooden section with some hinges and a latch and another wooden section. The lady kept telling me her boss was busy and "now" scheduled a day for the gate to be installed. It was over a month before they came and right away there were problems. A man came to the door and wanted me to see something. The other worker had severed my sprinkler lines and I don't know whether they expected me to fix them or what. It was like the blind leading the blind. I said I don't know how to fix the pipes and why were you digging in a spot other than where my old posts were ?? The man said the gate they brought out was "bigger" than my old gate so they had to move the post. Why did they send someone to measure my gate and bring one bigger than my old one ? They finally got my sprinkler lines fixed, hopefully. Over-all a totally horrible experience. The following morning there was water running from my front lawn. I thought it was from the lines that they had severed. When I called the company to ask them what they had done to my sprinkler lines, no one called me back till late in the afternoon. After I called a plumber to find out what was wrong and found out it was a county problem and not anything the fence company did. I would never use these people again. By the way, I had paid only 500.00 to have an entire fence (8 sections & posts & labor) about 4 years ago, by a different company. They have apparently gone out of business and Home Depot sells one section of fence on sale for only 37.77. I would have cancelled the whole thing, except I had already given them half down and there was probably no chance of ever seeing that again.

They were awesome! The salesman was very good, informative, and gave us options. They were incredibly patient since we took awhile to make a decision and didn't pressure us. Once we were ready, they started the work within a few days. The work was done in about a day, and the technicians were great. They were friendly and professional. The fence looks amazing!

The company did a good job with the work. They were the lowest bid that we got. We are very happy with the work. They did what they said they would but they really do not communicate well with you.

They were punctual and professional, but we chose not to go with them because of their price. Some of the work we were going to have to do ourselves! We thought they were too high and decided not to use them. ($4,488)

They were good & their prices were reasonable. I was pleased with their work and I would use them again.

I thought I'd never get my fence after signing the contract, and surrendering 50% of the money up front. I was told that it would take 2-3 weeks to install my fence. After hearing nothing for several weeks I began calling them on a regular basis. Every time I could get in touch with someone, the story was different. First the material was ordered and should be in any day, then it was having to assemble the gates, then it was hurricanes in Mississippi. It took exactly 10 weeks to get my fence installed. I was fortunate not to be in dire need, so the 10 weeks isn't what bothered me, it was the constant lying. They even once scheduled me (or so they said), and didn't show. When I called to ask why, the receptionist stated that I wasn't anywhere on the schedule. It finally took a visit from me to the Corporate Office on Gunn Highway in Tampa to get action. Terrible customer service. Nations Fence never (no never) returned a call when they said they would.

I would highly recommend Nations Fence. We have used them twice on two separate homes. When there was a problem, such as the gate not closing because of settling, they were prompt every time. That is why I called them after we moved to another home. Our second fence was well made and installed perfectly. If we have another problem with settling, I know that theyll respond right away! The work crew was polite and professional. They have always provided me with free estimates and they install chain link, PVC, iron and aluminum fencing.
