+ -1 moreThe inspector left addresses of of the report and and the insurance company will not accept it without an address. The report therefore is useless. Also, the inspector mislabeled a hip roof house as a gable roof house and showed photographs of the wrong homes on the report. I have tried contacting Suncoast Certified Home Inspections, to get matters corrected, but only get recorded messages. They have a terrible sense of customer service. I would not recommend them.
Description of Work: After re-roofing, we had our homes inspected for wind mitigation.

+ -1 moreTom was punctual and readily shared his findings as I tagged along behind him. He did a thorough job and completed a detailed report which ended up saving us money on insurance. I would call him again if we needed another home inspection done and highly recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Tom did a home inspection and completed several reports for my son. These included 4-point, wind mitigation and general report.

+ -1 moreI received the name/number from my insurance agent. I called and was able to arrange an appointment the next day. He came as scheduled and was very polite and thorough. He sent the report to the insurance agent the next day as promised and sent me a copy as he had mentioned. Very thorough and professional. The small cost involved helped me save over $400 on my house insurance. Well worth it.
