The company was easy to reach and was able to schedule me very quickly. Dan arrived a few minutes early and finished the job very quickly. He was professional, efficient, and friendly through the whole experience. I was amazed at how inexpensive the service was. He answered all my questions honestly; he told me exactly what he did, and did not recommend some of the additional services I asked about, telling me they would be an unnecessary expense. He also told me some things to watch for, so I feel he gave me all the information I needed, even when I didn't know I needed to know some of it. I would definitely use Soles Exterminating again and would highly recommend them to anybody.

Provider had a problem with his website which was found to be not their fault, and it was corrected promptly after my initial poor review. Provider contacted me personally to clarify the situation. .

I have been using them for years and he comes out every couple of months. He does a great job and goes above and beyond.

Dan was prompt and very thorough. He did not believe the smell was of a dead rodent. He sprayed the entire inside of the house. He inspected the interior and exterior of the house. He noted that there were some locations on the exterior where a rodent could enter and that they only required a 1/2" hole (large enough to get their skull through). He set one trap in the attic which is exposed from the garage interior. The trap snared a rat in less than 5 minutes, faster than he had ever seen. He did not have a lot of additional traps, but he collected and disposed of the rat and reset the trap. He repaired one of the holes where they could enter and said he would be back the next day to conduct a more detailed inspection of the exterior. The next morning there was another dead rat in the trap. Dan arrived promptly and removed the dead rat and set three additional traps. He identified another opening in the soffitt screening under the front porch. He also located a very large opening where a section of soffitt screening was missing. It was large enough for a raccoon to enter. He continued his search, but found nothing more. He advised me that rats will learn to avoid traps if they continue to have passage in and out of a space so I had to repair the holes ASAP. He said he would come back in a few days to check on the traps again and to do the first treatment of the yard for the fleas. I was having a lot of landscape work done with trees removed, etc. so it didn't make sense for him to spray with all of it going on. The tree company owner had a friend who is a roofer. I called him and he came out and repaired the large and small soffitt screen openings. Later that night I found another opening in the back porch above the outdoor grill. It was very hard to notice. I contacted Dan and he advised me what to use to prevent the rats from using the hole. I made the repair and no rats were caught the next day. Hopefully that is the last of them and all of their entry points are eliminated. Dan was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

They sprayed inside and out. When we still saw some the next week he came back and we haven't seen any since then. He was prompt and great to deal with.

Dean explained the process and how the insecticide worked. He sprayed outside and inside. he was fast, courteous, and very professional.

They did a really terrific job, found the hole, sprayed the attic, and even came out the next day and didn't charge us for the second visit.

Called yesterday to speak with them about general pest control inspection and services .... gave us a price and scheduled service 8:30 am today .... they arrived on time - did everything we requested - very informative and professional - will definately use them again !!

Exterminator was punctual and very knowledgeable. He was willing to take as much time as I needed to explain what he was doing and answer all my questions. I think the cost is as reasonable as anyone else in the area.

In a house I was selling there were citrus rats in the attic above the garage. Dan Soles came right out after I called, he found where the animals were entering the attic and sealed it. He placed a rat trap in the attic itself and came back in a few days to dispose of the dead animal. He set another trap and came back to check it but it was not used. He was very professional. I would definitely use him again if I needed to.

He is very fair on pricing. He is very personable and professional.

He came out checked out the problem . I had to have thousands of bees in my porch step. He erradicated them and told me if I still have a problem to call him back. Needless to say they are gone with the first treatment.

He was very reasonable at what he did. He probably did not expect to have to make that many trips but he did not complain about it and did not charge extra for that. He is professional. He knows his business. He has been around for a long time that is why I have used him several times at my house and at my office.

Dan Soles is always punctual and very knowledgeable about his profession. Everything went very well, Dan left some rat baits and told me to call when I needed him again. I also have his pest spraying service. I had a terrible carpenter ant infestation, they were nesting in my garage, in the trees, bushes, etc. Dan sprayed my yard in October 2011 and I still haven't seen any ants to date. He is the person to call if you have a problem , you won't be sorry and he is very, very reasonable with his pricing.

Dean called within an hour of my initial contact and arrived an hour later. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I had seen one roach (which in my estimation, one roach too many) in my house. After the treatment, which took less than an hour, I am bug free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I've had them for a couple years. he's wonderful. He's always on top of any additional problems, thorough, courteous, and very punctual. His prices have always remained steady and reasonable, and there are never any surprises.

I found them on Angie’s list. They were very prompt. A person named Eleanor came and talked to me and gave me a figure. They were great.

He came out the same day I called (Monday) and was promptly on time when he said he would be. He put down some bait/poison that supposedly the ants would take back to their nest. Well there's been a bunch of dead ants on the floor - so the bait did work (some). He told me to call him back on Thursday if there were still ants. There were still ant and I called him back on Thursday. I let him know that I've been sweeping up many dead ants, but there are still many walking around too. He said he couldn't make it back over for four more days from today - next Monday. He's a very nice guy. Update: Friday - he adjusted his schedule to make it out to my house today.

They were wonderful and got back with me quickly. They came back the next morning and went through the whole house looking for holes where rats were getting in. He told me about what kind of bait to get and he was a very nice man. The person who came to my house's name was Dean.

Very good experience. Dan is a reliable, low key professional who just knows how to get the job done cleanly and efficiently. He's the first person I'll call from now on. Which reminds me, I need to call him now.
