The process took 3 weeks. The original work leaked and required emergency repairs. The exterior work was not fully completed, with holes into the attic remaining open for access by rodents. I was told they were the only company licensed by Pinellas County and IRB to do gas line work. If so, it is very disappointing, to say the least. I thought the price was very high considering the work performed.

Great company to deal with. Also installed new hose bib. Will definitely use this company again.

When I was showering, the water would not drain, then my toilet would gurgle and start leaking under the toilet. I've had 3 plumbers to my house in 6 months. No one once went OUTSIDE and snaked the outside drain - except Steve (Slaughter Plumbing). My window was 10-12, Steve was here at 10:15. I was so happy! Amazing service and FIXED the issue!!! :) One happy customer here!!

Water came up in the shower as well underneath the toilet base when flushing the toilet. Called Slaughter at 9pm. Cory showed up 10 minutes later. Cleared the blockage and added a toilet base seal. Was done in 45 minutes. Would definitely use again.

While showering I heard the toilet gurgling. When I stepped out of the bathroom I noticed a foul odor from the other side of the house where the second bath is located. Discovered black water filling the shower pan in the second bath, luckily it didn't spill over. Called Slaughter and talked to an operator who took down my information. This was an after hours emergency service call, around 7:30PM on a Saturday night. Within minutes received a call back from Cory, the plumber, who let me know he was on his way over to my house. He arrived even earlier than he anticipated which was a relief to me. He had to get up on the roof to clear the stoppage through the roof vent stack. Ran the cables 60' to clear the line. Immediate results. Water drained out quickly.

Great folks, thorough job done at a fair price. Had used a handyman and he messed up the faucet. They fixed it properly and repaired it. Also replaced toilet and repaired 2 others. Would recommend using them and will personally.

We had been having drain backups for a number of years. Had a number of service calls by other plumbers to clean the sewer. But since nobody could find a cleanout outside they would clean from inside the house. The drains would start to back up again in a shorter period of time. Slaughter was the first to recommend installing a clean out which allows for a better sewer cleaning. The drains are working better than ever.

We have actually used Slaughter Plumbing twice, once to hook up a sink and more recently to install a new toilet. I was very happy that the plumber showed up in the time frame expected and that the charge was so reasonable. He cleaned up everything (took the old toilet away) and worked quickly. We are very happy with them and will use them for all our plumbing needs.

He was very pleasant but didn't wear covers on his shoes and left muddy footprints on the shower floor that I had to clean after he left.

One plumber worked two hours, said that he didn't have the parts, and made a mess. The part he needed was a simple "T" that you could buy at Home Depot. He spent the entire time trying to talk me into inspecting and suggesting other work they could do on the house to prevent future problems. He mentioned this 3 or 4 times. He gave me a card for a friend to clean the carpet, etc. When Jeff couldn't fix the problem, he called a second technician (Eric) who "fixed the leak"...but after Eric left the pipe was still leaking! Eric wrote not the bill, "Everything hooked up, the water is on. Nothing leaking at this time." Eric listened to music and was singing along while working, so I had to get his attention a couple of times to talk to him. The same pipe is still leaking. They both left trash/dirt on the floor and they never did the job correctly. I'm not calling them back ever again. I'll call a different plumber today.

I recommend them. I've always used them and they have always done a good job. They're always quick to respond. Their prices are average.

We spent $3000 for their services. The floor came buckled up. It was a nice kitchen floor. It was awful and we had to replace the flooring from the leak. They said it was the underground piping. So, there was a rupture. I had no floor in my kitchen. It was horrible and I had a bad experience with the leak in the attic. When they tested the attic plumbing, it blew one of the connections and there was water coming down to the ceiling. I would never use them again. They did come back to fix the roof. They did it free of charge to try to make up for their mistake. So, that’s one good thing that they did do. Their price was probably reasonable. They were pretty responsive.

Removed old kitchen faucet, installed new.

Not good. I was not consulted on what sort of valves I wanted on the outside faucets. They used what they had, which are on/off valves, not adjustable flow ones. A different employee had to return to redo both toilet rebuilds, because they continued to leak, and provided disparaging comments on the quality of his co-workers. I've subsequently had to have one of the toilets rebuilt again, not by Slaughter, and have recently discovered that one of the shut off valves they supposedly fixed was not fixed. For the amount and quality of work done, the price was excessive.

We had to buy the shower door because they did not have it, but the price we spent on this work was very reasonable. They came on and time and gave us an estimate and scheduled the work. They told us that the tiling company was not done by them and they had to sub-contract it and they picked a good tiler. All in all we were very happy with it and the workmanship was very good. We got several estimates and the price the estimate they gave us was good.

Before repairing, Jim, the repair man, had to remove the temporary patch I applied. He did a great job.

He came out and stated the valve was not turned on. He confirmed it would start working today. He was very nice. He also replaced two shower valves.

I WAS IMPRESSED THAT THE SERVICEMEN WERE PROMPT AND OBVIOUSLY TRIED TO DETERMINE THE SOURCE OF THE LEAKING PROBLEM. IT WAS FRUSTRATING NOT TO HAVE THE PROBLEM RECTIFIED RIGHT AWAY. I HAVE USED THE COMPANY SINCE FOR ANOTHER PLUMBING PROBLEM THAT WAS FIXED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I THINK IT DEPENDS ON WHO YOU GET AS A SERVICEMAN.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, WERE ON TIME AND FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
