The plumber was quite knowledgeable. While installing my water heater he saw that I had cement blocks in the front of the house and that they were not being used for anything, The gentleman doing the work took the initiative to place a couple under my water heater to provide air circulation beneath it so it will not rust out. Plus, as the old one came out the cooper piping fell out with it. New piping was installed and it looks and works fantastic. Also, he took his time to explain to why I shouldn't do any major remodeling before I have the plumbing re piped in the house, galvanized pipe, which collapses in on it self given time, he told me how and why he would re-pipe the house the way he explained it. He didn't use scare tactics to get me to do the work before I can afford it and he explained how I will know when a leak does occur. From the person on the phone to the plumber at the house all the employees were courteous and polite. I would definitely use them again. In fact I am looking forward to using them when it is time to re-pipe the plumbing. I am hoping they can help with the remodel of the bathroom that will be required.

Said he'd be here 12a-1a, but arrived at 11:30p instead. Snaked sink 85 feet, and it works fine. Found cracked strainer basket, and his company came out on Monday to fix it.

The plumber was initially rude; he did not listen to me; after I told him that we needed to communicate together better, he was better. He arrived early which would have been great; however, the water was not scheduled to be turned off for the bldg that early; that may have irritated him but it was not my fault. Also, he instructed me that the water had to be turned back on without letting me know that I would have to call the mgnt office again. I was not familiar with the process and just needed him to tell me what was needed before I called the mgnt office the first time. It was stressful due to his attitude.

Amazingly well, friendly professional service, fairly priced and swiftly repaired. I would most certainly use them for any future plumbing problems.

He came out and looked at it, poured dye into the tank. It came into the bowl without flushing and dribbled away. He put in a new Gerber extra-high toilet and was finished in about 1 hr and 15 minutes with everthing. I was very happy and would use him again for anything.

They are good and responsive. The guys come on time and they call you an hour before they get there.
