Even if you do not know anything about plumbing, the service person should be watched to ensure you are receiving the correct service. Be certain to ask in advance what the job entails and the cost. When the bill is received, be certain that it is a detailed, itemized statement and not vague with just a total.

Description of Work: They tried to rip me off telling me I needed a complete home water piping system. I only had a water leak in the garage and had another company fix it for under $400.

We understand how this may have appeared excessive to you, but keep in mind that we gave a free estimate for what we deemed the best possible outcome in your situation. We repair leaks on water lines daily, but the recommendation to repipe is generally made when the pipe is in poor condition, and is likely to leak again. When we find this to be the case, we try to avoid future problems by correcting the situation for the long term, as opposed to incurring several leaks over time. In our experience (of over 40 years) it is ultimately more cost effective to our customers, and less inconvenient than repeated leaks, damages and repairs can be.

Description of Work: Excellent work and excellent price!! I had sewage backing up into both showers. I called Slaughter Plumbing in a panic and they guaranteed someone would arrive within two hours. Someone arrived within the time frame and completed the work quickly. Even took the time to rinse the sewage out of the showers and inform me of what caused the clog so that I can prevent it in the future. I was very happy with everything and will highly recommend them to anyone in need!

Description of Work: Called at 10:00 AM when wash rag went down toilet causing a back up of water in bath and toilet. Company on call operator told me Eric would call me as soon as possible. We received a call back within 2 and a half hours or so. We declared the call an emergency. Eric arrived within 45 min of the time he estimated. He inspected the toilet and shower, determined how to correct the problem and without going in to the details he was finished in 30 minutes. We were grateful for the fact there was only professionalism, competence and efficiency in a tense situation.We strongly recommend Slaughter Plumbing for plumbing services.George and Pat
