A FULL Service Home Staging Company working primarily with home sellers in order to prepare their homes for sale to sell quickly and for the highest market value. We use only Accredited Staging Professionals with proper credentials. We Stage occupied and vacant homes & apts. in Tampa Bay, Florida before & after the sale. Our in house inventory is versatile and can provide an array of looks for your homes architecture. From “Do It Yourself” to “Full Service” we can Stage your home with the Buyers Eye in mind. Staging Services start @ $200. We will manage the project for seller or Realtor® and bring in our trusted tradesmen per client approval. We Stage Tampa Bay. Since 2006 Selling Edge has received multiple Tampa Bay Builder Association Awards, been features on 10NewsConnects and in the St Petersburg Times. Clients are king, we can do as much or as little as they desire.
