Description of Work: Russ replaced a roof in a rental property that i own. This is the third job he has done for me including my own home. In all cases the job was done on time with no inconvience. His crew were friendly and explained what they were doing when i asked any questions. Unlike other roofing companies i have used in the past, the owner (russ kusterbeck) was on the job and on the roof working with his crew. When the job is done he presents you with a cd disk of the work for your records. This cd shows the work as it's been done with before and after pic's. The city inspector and my insurance inspector both commented on the quality of the work. I would recomend and have passed his name along to others looking for a roofer. Description of Work: By far the best copmany i have delt with for a service down here in florida. Russell went over and beyond on this job to make sure i was happy and everything was perfect. Theres no one that can say a bad thing about him and his guys. Thanks for the great service and will reccomend you for life.

+ -1 moreI originally got a quote for $4000 dollars for the job after Russell went to the jobsite. In order to save money I said I would do part of the work. When he gave me the $4000 quote to start the work he removed the items that I said I would do. He continually failed inspection and would not return calls. It took several months to get the job done. It should have taken weeks. It turned out he wasn't licensed for a portion of the roof repair and failed the inspection. I never knew when he would show up. I would go to meet him or his workers and he would not be there. I would tell the tenant that someone would be coming but no one showed. He hired a licensed contractor to assist but still failed the inspection. He finally got the right hurricane brackets installed and left. He never called me to let me know the roof passed inspection. I had to call the county to find out. He removed all the wiring and now I have to rewire it and he did not put up the soffits as promised. I still have his plywood. I will finish the job but would never ever use or recommend Russel ClusterBeck again or recommend him and will steer anyone considering roofing to not use him.
Description of Work: The job was to replace a small flat roof over a 20' X 10' utility room that was attached to the existing structure.

+ -1 moreDo: Call Russell Kusterbeck. He is great! Don't" Bother with anyone else. You only need to make one call!
Description of Work: I called Russell Kusterbeck to evaluate a leak in my roof. He came out immediately! He evaluated the roof, provided an estimate and discussed the problems. He and his team repaired the roof right away. The repair looks so good, it is hard to notice that any repair was done. I watched them work and they were great. Many of my neighbors also commented on their professionalism. It was nice to see that there are still some honest people out there who don't try to sell you the Brooklyn Bridge. I worried about having to replace my whole roof. Russell recommended repairing it for now and keeping up with maintenance. I will use him for all of my investment properties, as well as my home. If you need roof work, call him. You won't be sorry!
