DO NOT HIRE THIS ROOFER!! Let me explain. I hired them to replace my two large roofs in Sept 2021 and we both agreed on starting right after Thanksgiving 2021 and be done in 3 weeks. They did not show up for work as promised and I reached out and found out that they decided to go in vacation. They started 4 weeks late and the project went on to mid- January 2022 which I needed to avoid. The stick and peel roof that they replaced was so poorly executed that the new roofer that I hired this month had to hot tar the connection joints and the end of the roof plus cut the bubbles and hot tar them. The roof that they coated with the roof silicone has bubbled and peeled off already with-in weeks of finishing as you can see in the pictures. The manufacture of the silicone coating has a warranty however they did not honor the warranty as they deemed the workmanship to be shabby. Yes the manufacture of the silicone sent a rep and they deemed the work that Randall's crew to be not consistent with the way the instructions deemed it to be applied. They did not let the roof to dry to apply the coating. They applied the silicone while the roof was still wet from rain. I did not consider myself an expert in roofing in 2021 however I know a lot more now. Now I have hired a new roofer with more than 3 reviews and Randall at Randall S Martin Roofing, INC is not a company I would ever hire. They may be the most reasonable at the time but I would avoid them. I also considered suing them but my attorney mentioned that the juice was not worth the squeeze. So I swallowed the $55,900 I paid them and I am paying a new roofer to fix the mess that they have made.

This work was done during the holidays. Work was done in a professional manner. The finished roof looks good with no apparent leaks. Work was completed with a great attention to detail.

It went exactly as planned. We started the planning with Richard Martin and his son, Randy. By the time the work started, Richard was out of state and Randy oversaw the work. He is almost as knowledgeable as his dad, and just as easy to work with. I expect him to do just fine when his dad retires. The SPF roofing system was new to me, but I expect it to be OK. We have a 5 year contractor's warranty. Richard put the same roofing system on our social hall several years ago, and it is holding up as advertised.

I have been really pleased with his work. After nine bids from other companies, I chose him because he seemed to be trustworthy, and his employees are hard workers and are not on drugs. He also has all his own employees and doesn't use day laborers. He comes when he says he will. He wasn't the cheapest or most expensive, but he does great work.
