ROLL-A-GUARD

I have experience 2 major hurricanes, Helene and Milton, since my shutters were installed exactly one month ago. I live on the 14th floor of a high rise condo in South Pasadena Fl on the intercoastal. My shutters suffered no damage, and I had absolutely no water come in through my balcony or my windows. Yes it was a big investment, but they've already paid for themselves, considering the damage that was prevented. The team of men who installed were professional, careful, pleasant, and proficient.

ROLL-A-GUARD did a great job installing my hurricane shutters. They were very personable and attentive from the very beginning when they came out to provide a quote up until they finished the installation which was done within the time frame that they quoted. The crew was well organized and professional. I could see that they had skin in the game, being family owned and operated. I highly recommend them.

The entire Roll-A-Guard team were efficient, timely and extremely supportive. They were excellent from my initial request for proposal, doing the design and providing documents to submit to the HOA, answering my myriad of questions, submitting the permits, doing the install, and coordinating the county inspectors. The shutters look awesome, blend in to the house, style and color, and my neighbors were all coming by to ask about them. I am a bit of a pain, tons of questions, and was dealing with the my safe Florida program which is picky about documentation. The entire process, even dealing with all of my questions and the state’s ever changing wants went smoothly. The project was quoted and performed for the same price. Installation was quick and they had no issues and didn’t leave a mess. The fabric shutters are high quality and exactly what I wanted. Could not be happier with the entire process. Finally, Alexandra in the office is an absolute rockstar for customer service. A pleasure to work with.

The installation of the motorized with remote control Roll-A-Guard Hurricane Shutters for our front door and covering the three French doors on our lanai has been completed. We wanted to put in writing how wonderful this entire experience has been. In a time of declining customer service and delivery of promises, this company, their employees, and their installation team have renewed our faith. It began with scheduling the first visit after inquiring about this company and product. They responded to our message immediately. A time was scheduled for their visit, and they arrived on time. They followed up with a written quote immediately as promised. Everything was well explained before we made our decision. Their installers arrived exactly on the date and at the time scheduled. I Liked that it's a family owned business which has a good reputation. They make the shutters in their own factory so they can have excellent quality control. The whole process from start to finish went smoothly and I am very pleased with the hurricane roll down shutter which protects the three sliding glass doors to the Lanai. The roll down shutter came with an excellent warranty and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

It started well- Owner's wife made the initial contact, showed us options and suggestions. Her husband did the measuring, nephew was on the installation team and a niece is the office manager. They are manufactured in Clearwater area, and I was able to see the updated shutters at their plant. They were installed on the date promised, for the price proposed and in less time. Crew was efficient, neat, polite and cleaned up afterwards. They even offered a price estimate by email, which was very accurate. Perfectly. The installers were very nice, professional and perfectionist during the installation.
