Description of Work: Ground up a fairly large palm tree stump (24 inches in diameter). It was close to a fence and he removed it without any damage to the fence. He charged the going rate, came quickly and did a good job.

Description of Work: I called Randy to remove stumps. We had about a dozen large bushes/small trees, each with a stump from 4" up to about a foot in diameter. I cut down the trees and randy arrived at our agreed upon time and date a few days later. We walked over everything that need done, and Randy verified how deep to go, even asking what i wanted to do with the area once cleared. I had some area I wanted to add pavers and some where I may have concrete poured for a patio, Randy advised how deep he should go for each area. He ground the stumps with his machine and was completed very quickly. he cleaned up all areas and swept nearby driveway. | |Randy was polite and professional and I would absolutely use his service again.

+ -1 moreExcellent. His subcontractor Ralph was exceptional, friendly, and professional. The job was quite labor intensive, but they completed it quickly. They cleaned up all the debris, and left the area tidy. I contacted Randy on a Monday, he said he could be here on Tuesday to give me a price, and if I accepted the price, he could do the work at that time. He was punctual, had a reasonable price, and was very professional.
Description of Work: They removed 2 large trees in the back and side of the property.

+ -1 moreGreat experience. Came out the very next day. Even when he was running a little late from a prior job, he gave me a courtesy call. I only called about one stump, but he threw in the second one cheap since he was already on the spot. Absolutely no pressure to do the second one, but it was a good deal. He took the extra step of blocking off around the pool to keep the debris out. Something I didn't think of and other contractors probably would not have mentioned. Extremely fast and thorough job.

+ -1 moreRandy's Stump Removal was a real pleasure to do business with. Very prompt and courteous. I called them at 7:30AM on a Monday morning and had both stumps removed by 1:00PM on the same day. The company cleaned up and raked all the debris from the stumps. I would highly recommend them to anyone which I would rarely do as I am such a perfectionist. They were even able to maneuver their equipment in a very tight area next to my bird caged pool enclosure. At first I was a bit nervous having them grind up stumps next to my irrigation system but they didn't cause any problems to my sprinkling system what so ever and were very careful. If I could give them nothing but A+++ remarks I would!
Description of Work: I had them remove 2 stumps from my side yard. 1 was from a Grapefruit Tree and the other was from an Orange Tree.

Based on the size of the stump I provided, they were able to provide an estimate over the phone. After I gave them the "go ahead", they said they would have a representative call to schedule an appointment. Later that day, John, called me and said he would be able to take care of it same day! He arrived as scheduled, honored the estimate, and even provided suggestions on landscaping for the future. Randy's Stump Removal exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to use and recommend them in the future.

About halfway through the job, he stopped and told my wife that there were more roots than he thought and if we wanted him to remove them, it would be an extra $75. Hmmm. We reluctantly agreed, and he finished the job. I'd hire him again, but I'd need a firm estimate next time.

Description of Work: Upon removing our driveway, there were some very large roots discovered from a recently removed tree. An 8' x 8' area needed to be ground before installing the new drive.
