RANDY'S STUMP REMOVAL INC

Randy used his stump grinder to remove 13 small palmetto tree stumps. The price he quoted on the phone was $175 and when he got there the price went up ($225), as he indictated it was a larger area to grind. He levelled the area a bit, but no clean up. My son and I removed the debris. It took him about 20 minutes.

Randy was running a bit behind but called to let us know. He came and quoted us a price, which was very reasonable. But then he realized it was going to take a bit more work, and the price went up just a little. But he also removed more than just the one stump, that was the original job. He made quick work of the job, and cleaned up everything. Also, he gave us information on another Angies List provider that could help with more work we needed done. Overall, we were very happy with the result.

Work was done efficiently and rapidly. Area was left clean and leveled. Good job, not much to say about a Stump Grinder, but I would definitely use Randy again if the need arises.

I called him at 10. he was at my home at 1230 and the job was completed by 1245. quick, clean, professional, and a very nice young man to boot !! i would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone. great service !!

I have a huge oak tree, and its roots were intruding under my driveway. I called Randy, and he showed up on time, and was very professional. He performed the job excellently. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

The phone was answered on the first call and Karen was very pleasant and helpful. Randy called me back within 15 minutes and was at my house first thing the next morning which was the first day of his vacation. The job took 15 minutes and he did a great job. Randy responded to my initial email within 1 day, provided basic cost information and set up an appointment for the work. Randy was extremely flexible in scheduling his time and worked with me to accommodate my work schedule. On the day of the appointment he contacted me to confirm the appointment time. He arrived promptly, reviewed the job and provided an extremely reasonable quote. We agreed on the price and he quickly went to work - all three stumps removed and dirt replaced/leveled within 1/2 hour. I am very pleased with the quality/price of the work performed. Randy and his wife (who accompanied him) were very personable, professional and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work completed.

Randy answered my call this morning around 10 AM and said he would be able to do it between 2 - 4 PM yet today. He called around 1:30 and said he finished his other job and would it be alright to come early. We told him sure! He came to the door and introduced himself and then looked at the stumps and gave us his price. We told him to go ahead and do it. Within about 1/2 an hour he had completed taking the stumps out and spread the tree mulch over the area to clean it up. He had given us the option of us bagging it or him spreading it. Since we plan to mulch once we redo the area, we had him spread it. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants an honest, reliable person! I just found him on Angie's List this morning and the job is already done to our satisfaction! Thanks Randy!

We had two trees taken down that were dying and were on this very large mound of dirt in the middle of our front lawn. There was also a third tree on this mound that we had taken down previously. We had trouble finding someone who could do the job for us. Everyone we called said they would do it and then wouldn't show up because they had work with a contractor and our job was too small for them in comparison with the contractor's job. I found Randy on Angie's List and I called him. He came out to look at the job and said he could grind down the three stumps and mound but he didn't have the equipment to haul the dirt away. He had his equipment with him when he came so we told him we wanted him to due the job. He did the job right away and gave us the names of two people who could haul the dirt away. He did an excellent job and was very neat. I would recommend him to anyone who needed his kind of work. In fact one of our neighbors came and watched him work and when he was finished asked him to look at a tree stump he had in his back yard that needed to be removed and give him an estimate. He hired him to take care of his stump.

This guy is VERY responsive and very professional in his communication. He quoted me a price, he gave me a time that the work would be done. The work was done ONTIME (actually early!) at the cost he quoted me...he even gave me a call to let me know he was on his way to the site. Top Shelf in every way! I would use him again without hesitation!

Randy and his son did an excellent job, they are down to earth and very professional. They even cleaned up the area and raked it down smoothly afterwards. MUCH better service than a different stump grinding company I had used in the past. I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat!

Randy does excellent work. He used his stump grinding machine and had those stumps out of there very quickly. He raked the areas over where the stumps had been and everything looked great. The areas were left clean and neat. Very reasonable as to cost also.

I called in the morning and luckily he was able to come an hour later. This was optimal because the re-sodding people had rescheduled sod installatlon to the next day instead of several days later. He inspected the problem areas, and pointed out that where I wanted the hole dug might hit a pipe of a nearby sprinkler head, but upon reflection I thought that the pipe would not be impacted. and it was not. But it was professional of him to raise that issue. I was happy to also get the Angie'sList 10% discount. He did a great job, and II'm so happy to see those stumps gone!

Randy showed up exactly when he said he would. He coordinated with the tree guys to schedule his grinding right after they finished removing the trees. He did an amazing job, he is recommended by not only by Treeology(see my review) but also by the Pool Contractors. What was great was that the pool contractor recommended Randay and so did Bo independent of knowing who I was researching. Add to that a stellar review on Angies List(didn't even know he was on here) everything went great. We thought the price is very fair and comparable to other quotes we got for 6 trees.

Randy returned my call within 20 minutes to give estimate and date of service. He arrived the next day right on time and was very professional in appearance and personality. He went right to work and had completed the job within 30 minutes. I was very satisfied with his work.

First, Randy answered his phone. I had called two other companies and still have not heard back from them. He was professional, polite and gave a quote(exact) over the phone. Second, Randy set an appointment (same day and 3 hours after the phone call). Third, Randy called to tell say that he was 10 minutes from our house. Fourth, Randy arrived(on time). Fifth, Randy completed the work in less than 20 minutes. Randy, and his company, are awesome!

Excellent work. Professional, and seemed to have high level of integrety, pride in workmanship, Easy to work with, expecially in moving things to get big machine along side of house. Knew his job, marked roots with fluroescent paint before starting (he saw more than I did), and took lots of time on the big stump. Cleaned up completely.

Root pruning. Estimated cost based on being there all day. Charged $600. Actually only spent one and one half hour at job site, but charged for all day rate. Refused to adjust rate.

Randy removed the pavers to our sidewalk and then pruned the roots of the tree that was lifting up the sidewalk. He was prompt, professional and completed the job to my satisfaction. He even gave me names of company's who could re-install the sidewalk. Very courteous and knowledgeable and he answered all of my questions.
