Radle Rooter Sewer & Drains

I couldn't be more satisfied. They came out on a Sunday and didn't charge an exorbitant amount like other companies wanted to do. The work was performed very thoroughly, and Ryan (service tech) was professional and polite.

Ryan showed up on time and even gave me a courtesy call 20 minutes before his arrival. He worked quickly and knew what to do. Even after he got the drain flowing again, he worked on it for another 20 minutes running the snake through our entire sewer line giving the additional effort to insure it was properly cleared and flowing as good as it possibly could. The drains are now flowing nicely. I will probably call them in a year to snake again just to make sure things keep on working.

Very well, no problems, work was complete and clean.

I called Radle Rooter. THANK GOD! Radle Rooter came out on a weekend, immediately found the issue with their camera scope, showed me the images and informed me that my outside cleanout had been covered up by the prior owner. In a matter of minutes, we had a game plan. They jetted all of my home drain lines to where the city is liable and installed a new outdoor cleanout. They also pointed out that my drain lines were ceramic and not orangeburg as the previous company implied. Their professionalism, midwest values and very affordable pricing was a welcome change. I highly recommend them to anyone with clogged drains.

After having a well known red truck bigger company come out and make the problem worse, lie to me about what kind of pipes I have, try to sell me a $$$$$ hydrojetting job w/some all natural enzyme snake oil and then they flooded my bathroom because they neglected to replace the wax ring with a new one.... I called Radle Rooter. Radle Rooter came right out, put the camera down the stack, found the clog, showed me type of pipes I have and discovered that my cleanout was covered up with tile by the past homeowner. Within a few hours, I had a new cleanout installed, pipes jetted clean and for less than 1/2 the price of what the big red trucks charged me. I will definitely call Radle Rooter first should I ever have drain issues at our other properties.

Could not have been happier with the scheduling, the rooter service & the price! The young man assigner to my job was very punctual & knew just what to do. Took about an hour to get it really flowing. He was Methodical & Tenacious. All said it cost about half of what "Rotter Rooter" had quoted the day before! It's now 6 months later & everything is still working fine. Zero drainage issues!! Thank you.

A young showed up right on time and got right to work. It took several passes of the 75' power snake before the clog was resolved. This young man never lost his cool, just kept going at it until the job was done & done right! It took about an hour and a half. And less than half the price of what "Roto" quoted!

They came out and the clog was gone in about ten minutes. Eric who came out was very courteous and took care not to damage my floors.I was very impressed with their service.

I'm a do-it-yourself kinda guy, with a fair bit of plumbing experience. However, I was unsuccessful trying to clear my own clog, including pulling both toilets and using a 1/2" x 50' manual auger. I was reluctant to call a professional due to concern about high prices, upcharges, and my suspicion that some guys use drain cleaning as a way to convince customers that they need thousands of dollars in unnecessary sewer pipe replacement. Dennis and Eric arrived very promptly, cleared the clog, and showed me the condition of the inside of my cast iron sewer pipes with their drain camera. They also scraped some jagged rust from the pipe that was helping to cause the clogs and gave me excellent advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. It was reassuring to be able to actually see the condition of my pipes, and to know that there was not a more serious problem under my home. They offer very thorough, professional friendly service at a more than reasonable price. It would have cost me significantly more just to rent a drain camera. Don't waste your time trying to fix it yourself, just call these guys.I give them my highest recommendation! Thanks again, guys!

Great. We like this company, Dennis and Eric arrived on time, checked out the issue, and promptly set up the equipment to resolve it. After they completed the job, they double checked that all was well. The price was as promised, and they didn't try to up sell us on services that we didn't need. Over the years we've known many people who have had a clog resolved through the stack by a variety of commonly used local companies. Every single one of them paid well over 300.00 for the work. We paid 99.00 with Radle. I will never call anyone else.
