I was totally happy with them. They were in and out in a day. They did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves. They were great. Their price was very reasonable.

I'm having another company fix the awning for me West Coast Hope it goes well.

These guys did an outstanding job! 2 separate crews. First crew made an installed regular gutter on front of the house. 2nd crew cut bird cage, supported structure, removed and replaced fascia board and added cladding for added protection. Installed supper gutter reattached birdcage and re-screened affected sections. The entire process from quote to final billing has been seamless. This is the second time I have used Pyramid and I would not hesitate to use them for my next project!

We used the company before without problems. My wife called them before we left for vacation and asked them to replace the pool screen. However, since they were a super service provider and we used them before without problems, we didn't question the charges. He came out on time and gave a price to do the screen. At that time he told us about a service charge he didn't tell us about previously. They wanted to charge an $85 fee just to come out. My wife called back to ask about the additional cost, and the provider lowered the charge from $85 to $65. We still feel like this is an excessive charge because we're also paying $94.50 to put up the screen. Altogether that's a lot of money for one screen. There were additional issues about measuring as well. We feel that this is a shame because we feel like they did quality work for us the first time, and we would have continued to use them in the future if the price was fair. **Edit 9/4** After I had my thought process, I called him up and spoke to him personally. I was charged 159.50 to put in a screen. I felt like this was Exorbitant. I told him a service charge was never mentioned. Sorry that it was not mentioned, said he would take it off of future bills. That shows me that he was not honest and knew that the service charge was not discussed. He has lack of integrity and has distorted the facts. I have absolutely nothing to lose by telling the truth.

They were very good. They were very prompt and courteous. They did exactly what they said they were going to do.

They representative came to the house promptly and provided me with several options, with no pressure to choose the added items. They were able to install the gutters and downspouts a week before they had promised it would be done. Everything was done very nicely and professionally.

We wanted to install a ceiling fan on our patio. The existing roof was aluminum sheets which would not support the weight of a fan. An electrician told us we could get an external alminum beam installed. Called Pyramid for an estimate and they came out the next day. Estimator said it was a standard job for them and they charged a flat rate of $225. This seemed reasonable and we did not get additional estimates. Two workers showed up at the appointed time a few days later and installed the 10 foot beam. Caulked both sides where it met the existing roof and cleaned up the work area, all in less than an hour. Smooth, neat, and fast.

We have nothing but excellent things to say about their workmanship and timeliness. They were great. The windows did make a difference for the fact that it is a lot less noisy in the house. The nature of the glass that we have put in the windows is such that we don’t here the neighbor’s dog hauling which is nice. Their prices were a bitter tight competition because we had two different projects going on and we didn’t want to hire two different companies to do what needed to be done. They not only replaced the windows but since we had some rotten soffit issues they tore out all the rotten wood and replaced the wood with aluminum fascia. The price that they gave us for this portion of it was like half the quote compared to what others had quoted. It ended up being a better deal for us to go through them because the pricing was much better and we were a prior experience with them as well. We were already familiar with their foremen as well.

Wayne explained details of new gutters. I like the explanation very much. They did good job in a professional manner. We appreciated it very much.

We did not choose this company; our preference is to now have a wooden screened enclosure.

I was impressed with them. I just decided to go with another company who included more services and I felt more comfortable with. Pyramid was very responsive and their prices did seem competitive.

The job was completed on time so I could get the pool installation inspected and start swimming.

The work that they do is top-notch, however it takes them FOREVER to complete. They were not forthcoming with service dates and I had to call them several times to ask if they had forgotten that I signed a contract with them. I call this: arrogant, but from what I've heard from other contractors, this attitude is common in the aluminum fabrication industry in Tampa Bay. they eventually do come around and complete the job and I am pleased with the result.

My personal experience with this company was very disappointing.They may actually do excellent work, but i would not know because i couldnt even get a quote out of them.I met the owner and he seemed like a nice enough guy, but after 6 weeks and no less than 3 phone calls as well as a visit to the office, i cannot even get a reply phone call or a quote.It is a shame really, because this company has excellent reviews and i was looking forward to getting some work done.You would think in this recession that a company would be all about cusomter service and need the work, but it seems not in this case. Needless to say, i wont be using this company (despite my numerous attempts) and will use another company that understands and appreciates customers and their business

We were extremely impressed by the attention to detail on the estimate for the project. The owner came out to talk with us several times as we discussed the project and the needs to be addressed. He was very thorough. He threw out suggestions and helped us make some decisions based on his experience in the business. They were the right decisions. The person who came to take the measurements was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. When the job began, it took the number of days projected to complete. They took care to be sure everything was done right and looked good. The cleaned up after themselves on both days of the actual installation. The only thing that would have made the experience better in our opinion would have been more communication during the permitting time period and the beginning of the project. Additionally, it would have been good if there had been a follow-up call to check on our satisfaction. But all-in-all, I would recommend them and would use them again in the future.on

Two workers arrived with all the equipment and supplies. The work was done with efficiency and presented a good appearance to the finished project. The workers were knowledgable and left no mess at completion. After a considerable rain to test the installation, I was completely satisfied with the entire job. It is unlikely that I will need any further work for a long time. I was provided with an Angie's List discount, for which I was grateful.

Overall it went poorly.The contractor did not explain how much different the railing would be from the old railing.The new railing is flimsy in comparison to the old railing.

I thought the estimate was high. My overall experience with them was average. They were responsive and punctual. I wouldn't use their services in the future.

I would give them a triple A+. They were really good. They did everything they said they were going to do. I ended up having a little bit of a problem when it rained and got water. They came right out two days later and did some more caulking. They were very professional. Their price was very reasonable and the quality of materials used was excellent. They did everything they said they were going to do. I recommended them to my neighbor downstairs and we used them at the same time. I would definitely use them again.
