Description of Work: I called to ask for an estimate to put a screened enclosure over my pool & to build a covered porch. Bob Elliott came to see it & told my son that I would need a variance. I called several weeks later and asked for an estimate. He came out, measured & told me he would call with an estimate. He did not call. I went to the city and got my variance. I called back 4 times leaving messages. He finally called back and left me a message saying he hadnt called back, because he didnt believe there was anyway I would get a variance. I think I deserved the courtest of a call back. He did finally give me an estimate, but oer the phone and not in writing.
