Description of Work: I had called Richard to upgrade and install the windows 7 program I had ordered from Microsoft Corp. He was very prompt and professional and told me his hourly rate and if he could not fix the problem there would be no charge. He was here for several hours trying to install the windows 7 but could not get it to download. He called Microsoft and found out Microsoft had sent me the WRONG PROGRAM and also talked to the microsoft supervisor about getting a complete refund as it was Microsoft's mistake. (At first microsoft was not going to refund the program by much). In this time, he suggested other options that I might want to consider to improve my performance and told me up front all the costs. Sinse he could not install the program, he could not finish the job but had spent at least 4 hours working on my problem. He charged me NOTHING! Naturally I had him buy the right windows edition and install it soon after along with most of the suggestions that he had mentioned. He was here another 4 or 5 hours installing a new hard drive,new ram,a backup system,virus protection and the new windows 7 program and everything works perfect and his price was very fair.He is extremely professional and explains things and answers all your questions where you can understand them. He also responds to your problem quickly.
