LONG STORY SHORT: I would 1000000% recommend Pools by Jordan. THE LONG STORY: In 2015, my husband and I installed a pool from a different company. We had problem after problem after problem. Our original timeline of eight weeks turned into five months. Every minor issue turned into a big production. the entire process was a nightmare. Flash forward to October 2019 – my husband and I moved into a new home and needed a pool. I found Pools by Jordan on Angie’s List.  I contacted their company and several others inquiring about a new pool for our new home. I spoke with Norm and he immediately scheduled our initial consultation. We met with Jordan a week later and he designed our pool on the spot, and kept us realistic and grounded with our dream and our budget in mind. The estimated completion timeline was six weeks. I met with the other companies and after their initial consultations, their completion timelines were 8 to 10 weeks, over budget, and they were unable to begin our jobs for four months. I never heard back from either company, however Norm at Pools by Jordan reached out to see if we had any questions or concerns. Their excellent customer service made it an easy decision for us to decide to go with Pools by Jordan. Within a week of signing our contract they broke ground on our pool. There were minor issues with our yard that Jordan and his crew addressed in a timely manner and still remained within our budget. They were right on time with our timeline (even over TWO holidays!) and provided all services that we needed throughout the entire process, from permitting to maintaining/regulating our pool after installation. Jordan and Norm are a terrific team and were always available for any questions or concerns that we had. I have now referred multiple families to Pools by Jordan and I hope you make the same great decision we made and choose them to do your pool too! It was excellent. Everything was superb. If there were some issues , they came right away and fixed it. They completed the job on time and pool looks beautiful.

They did an excellent job and they were wonderful to work with, one of the best contractors I've dealt with. He was always responsive and came out whenever we had questions. The work was very well done and he is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of pool building. It was overall a great experience.

I expected this project to be a nightmare, but this company amazed me in a good way. The crews worked harder than anybody I have ever hired in Florida. They were professional yet fun to be around. They completed the job a week earlier than quoted and the workmanship is amazing. I would not even consider a different pool contractor if I ever had to build another pool !!
