+ -1 moreI was prepared to be told that my pump was bad as had happened twice before at a cost of $1500.00 each time. Mr. Poole arrived and very quickly diagnosed the problem. An hour later my system was operating properly. In my mind he saved me $1455.00.
Description of Work: He drained the water from my well pressure tank.

+ -1 moreBoth times, I was able to reach him on his cell phone and he was able to make the repair on the same day. He has very good equipment that is clean and well maintained. He has repair and replacement parts on his truck. He analyzed the problems quickly; explained them with clarity and made the repairs in a professional manner. He replaced the sod so that there was little evidence of him having been there. The first time he charged me $75. The second time, he said that there would be no charge because "he was in the area." I paid him $75 anyway.
Description of Work: The first time Dennis corrected an alignment problem between the deep well pump outlet and the horizontal pipe to the sprinkler valves. The problem was due to an improper installation by the original installer. He had to raise the pump and replace a section of the outlet pipe. The second time he corrected an electrical problem due to the insulation on the pump wires being cut by a shovel. This was caused by the wire not be placed in a piece of conduit and just being placed under the sod. This problem was also due to an improper installation by the original installer. Dennis had to replace a section of the wires to the pump.
