This company treats customers like they matter. Their staff has always acted in a professional manner. They are skilled in their trade and knowledgable about cooling and heating. I've used this company since 2016 when they installed my new outside heat pump and new coil, etc. We have spent 10s of thousands of dollars with this company over last 4 years or so but I love my new system. It has proven to be more efficient than the old one which equals savings for me on my electric bill. Check them out!

Marvin was the technician sent to diagnose the problem. This is the first Marvin was sent out and he seemed to be very familiar with the issue. He was very professional and wasted not time in getting the unit going again. Performance was quick to send him out to my house after the AC unit stopped working. I only had to wait 2 hours after my phone call to the company. This was great response time as the weather has been very hot this September. I appreciated the first class service.

I hired The Home Depot company first. They couldnt get it right. After 2 months had Home Depot remove their equipment. Performance AC was there the next day. Professionally installed everything and havent had a problem yet. Thank you Performance.

Excellent!! The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, very clean in his work habit and professional. As out of state residents we need to be sure that our equipment is in good working order and that if we require immediate service, it is comforting to know that Performance will respond immediately. Terry is an excellent manager.

They where on time and very professional and fast.

This job was a horrific experience. I was told the job was to take 2 days. It took 4 months to be able to use my washing machine and not have it back up into a bathroom. I had to drive to a laundromat for months to do wash. Was I reimbursed for this expense and inconvenience...No. After months and months of back ups, a sub-contractor had be brought in to fix my pipes. The sub-contractor told me I need a special high flow toilet that is not available retail. Performance never told me how to take care of the disaster they created long term. Performance never told me about nor offered to supply me with this item. My bathroom was trashed by Performance with no compensation or apology from Performance. The billing department processed a loan without my permission, 4 months before the job was done. I had to file a complaint with the loan company to get an invoice. The billing department refuses to speak with customers. I have never received an apology nor any discount from the owner. Absolutely not happy with this company.

Performance AC gave me a great price on replacing my old heating and cooling system. They were prompt and professional. I enrolled in their Performance Club for routine follow up and have been totally pleased. I have the same wonderful young man come for every service call and could not be happier with the service and attention I receive.

Performance AC is a great company. We had a minor plumbing issue and they were able to get us scheduled right away and completed the job on time, quickly and efficiently. Also, the staff is very friendly and personable, which is a big plus! We have had them replace our AC system in the past and have nothing but great things to say about their service.

Excellent Service! I've had to change my water heater a couple of times and have always received an excellent service. They make an effort to solve all the issues we had. We decided to opt-in for the annual subscription and is totally worth it! Highly recommend it.

The job went very smoothly. Performance a/c has served me well for years. I have purchased a/c systems for 2 different houses and had their monthly maintenance service as well. They are very responsive ,professional, and trustworthy.

I called Performance at 12:30 am one morning based on a water leak. I expected to leave a message and receive a call back the next morning, however to my surprise a very pleasant person answered the call, took my information and planned for my repair. The arrive as expected, explained in detail and showed me as well, what was causing the problem. The price was a bit more than I was hoping, however I had several other items repaired that I already knew were way overdue. Unrelated, but important, I took advantage of the performance monthly plan to save on future repairs. They have come out again on two separate occasions and the repairs were FREE and the second VERY REDUCED in price.

Performance Air and their techs are great! We needed a new system installed after buying our house and my neighbor recommended them. I purchased their whole house maintenance package also.

Fine - he loosened it and put the new one I had bought but then charged me $70 for that!

Performance A/C did a great job installing our new ac unit. They helped us find what fit our home size AND our budget and were honest about what would work best for is, not what would make them the most $$. They were thorough and left our home clean and cool.

Performance Air has always been quick to respond to my calls and request for service. Their service personnel are good to call and give me a heads up on time of arrival. The office at Performance is excellent in providing pre-service information and follow up after the service has been completed.

We greatly appreciate Shaun's empathy with us and his professionalism, respect and kindness. Without us pointing out how bad the front door panel was, he took the initiative to reorder a new one for us at no cost. This was addressed the minute he saw the A/C unit. Kudos, keep up your good honest work🙏🏾
