 + -1 moreWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! We used Pack and Load Services Inc. to load a POD in June of 2022. The individuals that loaded were RUDE, LAZY, MESSY, and clearly did not want to be working. They ignored the instructions and priorities that were laid out upon arrival. They did a horrible/inefficient job loading the POD and left the job early, after charging a minimum number of hours that they did not reach. They charged me for items that were not correct, and overbilled for the job. Customer service was absolutely useless. They lied about follow-up. When I tried to reach management, they NEVER returned calls and never responded. I reported to /bbb and they flat out lied to BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ANY ISSUE WILL NOT BE RESOLVED WITH THEM!
