They were great. They were very professional. I've used them for several years.

They were excellent, very personable and efficient and knowledgeable, they know what they were doing. One thing good about them is you could actually speak to the owner directly anytime. The owner's name is Todd, they have full staff and the worker are very knowledgeable as well.

He did an excellent job and was extremely professional. He did maintenance and I would definitely use him again.

The tech made needed repairs but pushed for additional expensive work and a service agreement. Later I used a different firm to add UV system to each unit at half the cost!!

went good just had to wait almost a month for cover to go over vent in roof in mean time we had a storm and the temp cover they put on moved and I had water pour out of vent into my house

It turned out really good actually. I was really happy. They were responsive. They were very punctual. Everything was okay. You should try them.

I remember the experience overall being a good experience with them. We were happy that they came when they came and that they were there. They were very efficient and got the job done quickly for us. Overall we were very pleased. The workers were wonderful, they were very nice. They cleaned up behind themselves very well and wore booties to go in and out of the home. They really made an effort.

Since June 2015, I have repeatedly called One Hour Air about the noise being generated by the air exchanger. I've asked the company to figure out what is wrong with the exchanger and to fix it. After all, this was an expensive system that is still under warranty. They have been completely unresponsive. They have not returned repeated telephone calls. When their technician came for the six month inspection in February, he said that something was obviously "broken" and he even recorded the noise and sent the recording to the service manager. No follow-up by the service manager or anyone else at the company. Since then, I have called at least three more times and still nothing. My next steps are to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and with the state of Florida Consumer Protection Agency. I would NEVER recommend One Hour Air to anyone! My recommendation to members of Angie's List is to stay away from this company!!

Very good service and I would recommend however, I believe the price was higher than it should have been.Former reviewer had ac capacitor replaced for 120.00??? The part itself is less than 10.00 retail at Home Depot.

We were very happy with them. Our personal experience was very good. We referred them to our neighbor and we got $100 finder's fee. We used them before for repairs for a long time. They put in a different unit 12 years ago. We've never had a problem with them. I pay them $20 a month for a policy so if anything comes up. Three or four years ago we had something go out on a Saturday night and the owner himself came out. The plan gives us special access plus special rates. I have a 10 year parts and labor warranty with no charge to me which was a big selling point for me. They have gotten much bigger and they do a good bit of advertising with quite a few of the family members involved. I questioned them on things and they seem very competent. They are very good workers and they don't mess around. I use them once a year to run a big check for us to see if everything is working okay. If there is anything that isn't, they fix it up. I'm sure I could have gotten a little cheaper but I was interested in the guarantee. The unit is working fine. Their responsiveness was top notch and they are very professional. They came in and sat down at the table and discussed things with me. I have no complaints.

Went well and was attentive towards answering my questions.

They recommended this as the old ductwork was less well insulated and precipitation was occurring which isn't good for things such as the ceiling and attic. The old ductwork was less efficient. We noticed an improvement in performance after this was installed.

They gave us a realistic sales experience without any tricks involved. He managed to keep out dying system alive for a couple of months until we had to buy a new one. They worked it out really well.

They came by to check things out and they managed to repair a unit that another company told us we had to replace. Later, we had a separate unit break and they cost of repair would be too high. We discussed the cost of putting in a new unit. We were happy with their professionalism and decided to go with a new installation. We've had the new unit about a month now and we're very happy with it.

It turned out very well. I actually really found a good company in purchasing that big deal. There was a leak and that was for the refrigerant and they came back two weeks later and did some work and they didn't charge us for that service call. Now, I am about to buy a new system through them. The service tech explained things really well. He wasn't focused on up selling me. He just seem very trustworthy. I would definitely use them again.

The homeowner felt pressured to buy the unit (she is older) and it was installed quickly. It's a matter of public record how awfully long it is taking for them to do right by her.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Their technicians are extremely courteous and wonderful to deal with, not to mention very knowledgeable. I have allergies and after speaking with Todd who is an air quality specialist he advised me to have my ducts cleaned and install a U/V light and better filtration in our system. I was skeptical at first, but I have to say my allergies have all but gone away in my house. I would highly recommend them for any of your A/C needs. Thank you One Hour Air!Inddo
