+ -1 moreI hired a different contractor, because John just blew me off. When I was working in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Oman the last 5yrs, he responded to my Mom right away. But, after I resently spent $500 on a new fan and freon, and needed a new system, he never returned phone calls. He used to be like an uncle to me, but I had no choice but to hire a different aircon guy. He just doesn't care about his customers, because you can always get a new one.
Description of Work: The provider did NOTHING!!!!!!! He was suppose to come to my home and install a new aircon system. BUT, he never returned phone calls, and just blew me off. He's always responded in the past with my Mom. I hired a responsive aircon guy.

+ -1 moreVery smoothly. But, he's constantly telly my I need a new system. BUT, he never returns phone calls. So, I finally went with anothner vendor. Unfortunately thes guys don't care, because they have many customers. I'll NEVER use this guy again.
Description of Work: Injected freon, because there is a lealin my system.

He took the time to explain what he was doing and made suggestions as how I could keep my system working properly, not in a hurried rush like most other A/C (or other service) guys. I will happily recommend North and South Air to anyone and everyone. It would be great if other service people were this knowledgeable and professional.
Description of Work: Checked out A/C system to make sure it was ready for the upcoming summer months.

+ 0 moreOne of his helpers misstepped and went through the kitchen ceiling. Thankfully his was not hurt. John had another contractor come in and complete patch job was done and after the paint was done you would not know that it had happened. This was all done at North and South Air's expense. No extra charge to me.
Description of Work: Had John and his crew replace the duct work in my home. Job was done in two days and my air conditioning bill has gone down about 20%. Very reasonable in price and professional job. Complete cleanup and no mess.

Description of Work: Air conditioner did not work and he responded within 3 hours and determined that the coils were plugged. Cleaned the coils and now the air conditioner works perfectly. Also cleaned the drain lines and performed a complete checkup. Excellant work and very reasonably priced. Blowing cold air again!
