We have used him twice before and it was AAA+ service

My computer would not boot up so i was trying to find someone would could try and recover it. I took it in to Mr. Data and after 2 days he could not get windows to boot up. He said the hard drive was bad. He then said I would need to bring in a deposit for a new hard drive. I ended up going to Tiger Direct myself and picking up a new hard drive and bringing it back to him. He finally completed the process by installing the hard drive and reloading windows. I am now getting a popup that product key for windows is not valid. I am not going back to this person because i do not trust that they know what they are doing. Also when i went to pay for services he said he could not take a credit card because his banking had been hacked. This should have been shared up front. Buyer beware.

I was a AAA experience

Because he listen to the problems that were presented the problem was quickly determined and solution provided.

Went very well. Computers run really well. Since then, have had him come back a couple of times for installation of new computer, fix problem on another computer etc.

I called to make an appointment to bring it in, and was able to get in within 2 hours. The work was completed by later that afternoon, which was a very pleasant surprise - I had expected to have to leave it somewhere for several days! Not only was the defective part fixed, but he also did a thorough scan of my computer and cleaned up some corrupt files, as well as upgrade some software. All for a very reasonable price, I would highly recommend this company for your computer repair needs!

Was given the job by my manager to try and recover data from his laptop that was damaged and about to be shipped back to the manufacturer for warranty work. Was under a tight deadline and placed calls out to several computer repair listings on Angie's List. Bob from Mr. Data was the first to call me back and told me to bring the computer on in so they could see what they could do. Upon arriving at their office the laptop specialist, Chad, explained their rates and promptly set to work. After determining the hard drive was undamaged he then started transferring both the manager's personal information and all of the business files (including e-mails) off of the computer and onto my portable hard drive. Chad was very patient and methodical as we went through the hard drive to ensure that all personal data was located and removed from the computer so it could be sent back without exposing any of my manager's or my employer's information. In summary, I was very satisfied with the work done and the professionalism with which it was done. I would highly recommend Mr. Data as a resource to consider for your computer repairs and needs.

When I discovered a virus on my computer, I called Mr. Galbo. He asked me to bring the laptop over that afternoon. I expected to be without my laptop for at least at day but I received a call that evening that it was ready. I was able to pick it up immediately. Information was recovered and now works well.

I did not think the time spent went well at all. He had an agenda and did not listen to me. I explained that I really did not think I needed an anti-virus and explained why. He grudgingly acknowledged I was right but proceeded to install. He appeared to be unhappy that I had dial-up. Since it was money I was spending and I really just wanted what I requested since I was recovering from a surgery that kept me off my feet. My computer was to my rescue. He literally took away some happiness to my recovery when he somehow sabotaged my ability to listen to a station on the radio that does not come over standard radios. A friend came to my rescue the next day.

BOB GALBO WAS VERY THOROUGH AND RAN SOME DIAGNOSTICS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THE COMPUTER WORKS FINE NOW. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE.
