The technician was nice but the cost outrageous

What was done was fine but the prices were outrageous and the attempt to up-sell was a bit much. In the end I didn't even get done what I needed done so now I'll have to find someone else to finish it. Very disappointed - I sure miss my local electrician who retired.

It was alright, but I found it to be a bit pricey. I also think for the money I paid, the trash could have been removed from my home instead of leaving me to pick up every little piece and box.

Everything went great. He was there on time and took care of the job very quickly and professionally.

The service went as expected. I also requested and received an estimate to have some lights replaced.

All accomplished as requested. Excellent.

He was excellent. We would call them again if we needed an electrician. I had light up there but I didn't have a fan. We were very happy with him. We've been thinking about getting another fan, not out there, but we will call him if we do. We have no way of knowing on pricing but we thought it was reasonable. He was very good. We were very happy and that fan has worked very well.

Yesterday morning we were informed that a technician would be out here between 2:15 and 2:40 pm. The technician actually arrived a little early. :) We needed 2 ceiling fans installed as one stopped working and the other room needed a fan. We had a technician named Ryan who explained why the old one went bad and was able to assemble the fans quickly and they worked perfectly. The best part is when (for no additional charge) Ryan went above and beyond his job to then reprogram one of the fans (these weren't the kind with easy switch settings) as I realized another fan by the same manufacturer was also being controlled by the new fan remote. He also took all the trash with him when he left. I have now dubbed him Super Ryan! Thanks Mister Sparky!!!

It didn't would not hire them... very next contractor came in at 1100.00

The gentlemen that came out were efficient and very courteous. They quickly and expertly took care of the repairs. They gave a great price which was more than competitive and did not try to fix more than was needed as many will try! Very pleased, Mister Sparky is my new go to electrician!

Kevin didn't miss a beat working thru the various projects. Kevin's efficiency and electrical knowledge combined with craftsman's touch for new construction for fixtures into the home was truly impressive. Cleaned up beautifully, took away all trash, and was even a hit with our dog. We will request him again for Phase 2.

He was in the house for over two hours and explained everything that needed to be done and what he was doing. The new lights make the kitchen much brighter and we were pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of the visit. We would hire them again.

I have used them twice. The first time I thought I might have a short in my wire. I was afraid of a fire so I called at 8PM and they were at the house within 2 hours! It was not a short and I learned to not use a microwave and 2 toasters at the same time. The second time I needed minor repairs/installation. Again, the technician was great. They come with a truck that has a large inventory of electrical supplies.

Even though we detailed what we needed done before the appointment the technician did not have the necessary materials to do what we needed. Fortunately we anticipated this might happen and had the right materials but were disappointed the technician did not have them available, which would have resulted in a delay in service had we not been prepared.

Great job identifying issue and very professional. Will definitely use them again.

I had a problem where AC and hot water weren't working, lights worked sporadically or blinked. When I called I spoke to Holly who was as helpful and pleasant a person as you could want. She set up an emergency appointment for me. In the meantime I called Duke Energy who felt the problem was likely theirs. I called Holly back and she suggested I keep the ticket open till I was sure. It took a couple of hours, but Duke did fix the problem. I called Holly back and she happily cancelled the ticket. They did no actual work but were understanding and helpful as I worked through the problem. I will definitely use them when I do have electrical work to be done.
