The electrician was great. Maybe it was my naivety but it was EXPENSIVE. The work was top notch though.

I was impressed with the professional quality of the initial visit as well as the proposal. Of the four electricians I talked with, Mister Sparky was prompt and willing to work with me. Kudos to Marcelo for his taking the time to understand my needs. Thanks to Ilya for his professionalism with the installation.

We loved the person mister sparky sent out, his name was Ben, great customer service and great work.

I did have to negotiate with them. I had another job that I held out as a carrot. We came to terms on both. Work done was quality work.

Very nice, personable and honest.

The Pro did a professional job, and in addition to cleaning up the mess from getting the job done afterwards.

They were very knowledgeable and took care in getting the job done quickly. I felt this was quite a bit more pricey than last quote I got but that was several years ago and so many factors into the price increase between COVID, material and labor costs and inflation being outrageous this last year.

Great experience. Fast and affordable

Tech called 30 minutes ahead of arrival time and was on time. Seemed knowledgeable and thorough. Only complaint/issue was that I felt the charge was excessive. $289 to install a new circuit breaker seems very high. Tech was only on site for about 35 minutes or so.

Expensive. Said lighting fixture should wor but that we would need a new fan. Charged us the full amount even though he would not return to install a fan. Good job on another fan. Nice guy.

They were a little expensive

Had a GFCI breaker that kept on tripping even after replacing it, they came the next day after i posted the request, did the work quite fast. They are a bit more expensive than i expected, but had to get it done once and for all.

Our tech, Andrews, was patient with all my questions. He was quick, knowledgeable and tidy. Cleaned up and hauled our old fixtures out to his truck. Even vacuumed up the dust and ceiling debris. Thank you Andrew.

They were very professional, albeit a little late getting there. But overall a job well done.

When I inquired I gave very SPECIFIC information of what I needed to be done. A gentleman arrived He was in no way prepared to help me. When I inquired why he told me he has relayed information that my situation was an emergency. I NEVER stated it was an emergency in my correspondence it was simply to rewire a pool pump motor. He tried to up sell me on 2 things of which I had no interest and charged me $207 to show me how to rewire my pool pump motor on my own since he had NO PARTS in his car; NOT A WORK VAN. Be VERY cautious in what you TELL this people, they DO NOT LISTEN nor convey accurate information to those in the field. I will NEVER use them again, Such a waste of time and money.
