The techs was professional and very polite. Explained the process and walked me through aspects of the final job. It was a big job and all technicians were professional. They arrived on time and cleaned up after the job was completed. Thanks again.

He did a quality job in a quick turnaround. I got a next day estimate and same day service on the spot. You can't find an electrician in town that will have that kind of turn around. Great job.

Very professional great to deal with

I had an issue with my storage closet light being unable to turn on. So Mister Sparky charged me $325.00 to ground my existing outlet because it came loose. There was nothing new added or any additional wiring done just simply wrapping existing wire around a screw. Also my home is a new build and I was upselled to have my home outlets redone for $5000 . Smh. I honestly feel like I was definitely over charged . Never again will I use Mister Sparky.

Unbelievably good

Electrician came out within 24 hrs! Worked with me to schedule a time. Professional. Knowledgable, will call on them if I need an electician again!

I love that I could get a next day estimate and they could do the service on the spot that day. I can't find an electrician in town that will provide that kind of service that quickly. I needed that kind of turn around. He did an awesome job.

All the employees were punctual, courteous, and efficient. Their work is excellent. Though they had to crawl under our home and the job ended up being more extensive than first thought, there were no complaints and the company added more staff to complete the job in a timely manner. Though the job ended up taking a few days, they worked into the evening to ensure we had power. I highly recommend this company.

I had such negative interactions with the installer that I just can't and don't want to say anything positive about this experience. I will not use them again as I am concerned he would show up and I would not recommend them. $3800 to install generator bypass switch, small panel and surge protector, almost 8 hours of time, was supposed to have 2 people working, but certified electrician left for several hours. Assistant worked very hard, did lots of the job. If the electrician had stayed for the whole job, would have reduced amount of time spent on job, lots more negative to say, but not in this forum.

I have to say that from the very beginning of the experience with Mr. Sparky, we were pleased. They were willing to work with us on pricing. The financing option was reasonable. Once the crew showed up, they worked their butts off! They worked from 8am to 9pm to get the job done (and yes, my job was a big one so it took that long). They brought in help throughout the day as they had the manpower to spare! The staff was extremely friendly and respectful. I hope I never need this much electrical work done EVER, but if I do, I will be calling Mr. Sparky!

Electrical box replaced indoor, power boxes replaced outside, replaced outlets, installed three smoke detectors I did not want. According to crew job was finished on 08/2/2018, but it is not finished. Above the indoor electrical box they left two holes open on the wall and with part of a venetian blind they found in my garage they covered the smaller hole and the bigger hole was covered with folded piece of paper. On Friday 8/3/ they worked on weather head for my neighbor, and she overheard the conversation about the hole left on my wall. Very disrespectful action. Some outlets not working properly. They bring apprentices with them and they waste a lot of time. Lead person disappeared sometimes for and hour or longer without telling you why. I do not recommend this company. I was charged an exuberant amount of money for the job done. Over $3,000 just for three smoke detectors?

Customer service was awesome. I received a call and a text message with a picture of my technician prior to his arrival. James was very knowledgeable and prompt. His work was of excellent quality and completed efficiently.

Representives and technicians were quick, pleasant, and knowledgeable to my electrical needs.

Very friendly, professional and punctual. I like that the price was upfront and no changes was added once the project was finished.
