Came on with some service inspection jazz, supposedly inspecting the wiring in the house. Then quoted an 85-year-old lady $490, to fix the problem and when she balked, a second quote of 252 dollars was offered... we talk to electrical contractors that said this problem could've been handled for under $200. Even the copy of the house services inspection that he left us was unreadable. Would never use or recommend this company to anyone...

Mr Sparkie for the most part did quality work, they had a few issues that had to be redone but nothing drastic. The main problem was I could never talk to anyone in a managers position without leaving a message and then waiting for a call back and many times I never received a call back. They drop the main cable running from the outside meter onto the drywall ceiling in my garage and broke through the ceiling. They set up their drywall guy to fix it. The drywall guy missed his first appointment with no call and I had to leave multiple messages with Mr Sparkie (with no calls back)and the drywall guy to get it set up for the following weekend, and then they showed up 4 hrs late. Very poor customer service, good work.

showed up ontime. immediately tried to upcharge me for more work. gave me an unreasonable estimate to replace one simple exterior outlet 167 dollars. for 10 minutes work and a 20 dollar part

Mister Sparky (Particularly technician Felix Brown!) called 30 minutes before arrival, got here on time, wore booties the entire time (not needed in my house but it's their policy!), whole 9 yards. Got the exact service I asked for, after service was complete the price was exactly what Felix said it would be at the beginning. Fantastic company, and would happily use them again and plan on recommending them in the future.

The work performed was great but did find them higher priced than other companies I researched after the fact. I was on a time crunch and went with the first company who gave me a quote. Sales guy was very professional. I did not like the fact the guy who performed the inside work did not remove or cover his shoes and tracked all kind of dirt on my carpet.

They had to come back because they forgot to caulk exterior box. Other services were fine.

They flat know what their doing. My first electricaian spent two days trying to find the problem John with Mister Sparky found it in 15 minutes. They are great and thank you for sending out John, what a professional and find gentleman he is to represent your company.

Ian listened to my needs and addressed my concerns by fully evaluating the situation. He explained the necessary steps and price. He quickly preformed the installs and sent me documentation for my realtor and buyer. Very professional. Cleaned up in work areas. Super happy with this experience.
