Friendly staff and got an appointment right away but they are more focused on up selling you. The tech was young and personable but I think knowledge not his strong point. He put up a motion light but programmed it as just a light. I asked why it was staying on and he said it would go off after awhile, which it didnt.. And it was a dimmable light I purchased and he told me it was NOT dimmable which it definitely is. Expensive job for not a job done to my liking. I had to find someone else to get on a ladder and program motion light which the Mr Sparky tech SHOULD have known how to do.
