Prices way too high. The work was installing a chandelier and a ceiling fan. The electrician broke the ground wire on the chandelier,, which I didn' t notice until he left, left wire peeking out of the canopy, which I noticed and had him correct. The pull chain did not work on a ceiling fan which discovered and had him correct.

Too expensive. Good work but it could've been done for a lot less cost. It was my fault for not searching for more reasonable options. I was in a hurry to get the job done and jumped at the first bidder. I was told one price by the contact and ended up paying more to the electrician.

Very professional, on time, neat and thorough work. Marc Thrush also explained what caused the problem and did a complete evaluation of our system which is badly in need of an overhaul. We are scheduled to have the work done soon.

I had a few outlet issues and miscellaneous electrical questions. Marc Thrush was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely patient. He actually listened to my concerns and addressed each one of them. He wasn't in a mad rush to move on to the next customer, which unfortunately seems to be the way many companies now think is an appropriate and acceptable method of treating their customers. I appreciated that he cared about making sure everything was taken care of. This is rare. Marc definitely exceeded my expectations. Mr. Sparky is fortunate to have such an exceptional employee.

Overall excellent customer service provided and work was completed as they quoted me and arrived at time they stated they would be coming. I was explained all of the work to be done and the cost involved.
