house painters, pressure washing
+ 0 moreHe also cleans the leaves out of my gutters while he is up there. He also sprays the pool enclosure from underneath when the mold comes around. He pressure washes my patio deck as well. He is very reasonable. Price reflects what I paid for a year of maintenance, which can vary based on what all is done.
Description of Work: He cleans and paints my tile roof, gluing broken tiles.

+ -1 moreKEEPS A RECORD OF WHEN THE SERVICE WAS DONE AND COMES BY ABOUT THE SAME TIME EACH YEAR TO OFFER TO DO THE JOB AGAIN. EDGE CLEANING NOTED ABOVE IS NOT NECESSARY EVERY YEAR.
Description of Work: SPRAY CLEANED AND TREATED BARREL TILE ROOF($75) AND CLEANED ROOF EDGES($20). HAS DONE SPRAY CLEANING SERVICES FOR ME ANNUALLY FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS. DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF PAINTING BARREL TILE ROOF THREE YEARS AGO.
