+ 0 moreMike was very professional and gave me an estimate upfront of the cost. He was able to fit us into his schedule to get the job done on the date that was requested. He arrived on time and cleaned an area that was very dirty. In my opinion, Mike did an excellent job, and I plan to use him for some handyman work as well.
Description of Work: Mike pressure washed our brick patio, pool deck, brick walkways and concrete.

+ 0 moreMike was responsive from the get go. He called me back within 24 hours of me calling him. He gave me an idea of his schedule and when he though he could do the job. He confirmed a date, and showed up on time (7am)! He brought a crew of 2 people, and they worked into the early afternoon to complete the job. Mike is kind, courteous, prompt and honest. I would recommend him in a heartbeat, and will definitely hire him to come back.
Description of Work: Mike pressure washed our roof and house WITHOUT chemicals. We have a large house with a very high and complex roof line. We collect 85% of all the runoff from our roof into holding tanks used for irrigation, so we cannot use any chemicals during the cleaning process. Any chemicals that go on the roof wil go into our tanks and kill our entire yard when the irrigation runs. I have called at least a dozen pressure washing companies who said they could not do what I asked. Mike cleaned the house chemical free, and did a fantastic job.

+ -1 moreI called Mike and we set up a time and date. It was a Saturday. He was exactly on time. We had already agreed on a price. He figured the job would take about 4 hours but I have an oak tree over the roof. He was there for at least 8 hours. Never complained. Just did the job and didn't try to increase the price!! Cleaned up the patio an surrounding area where debris had fallen. Great job. I highly recommend Mike. He does handyman jobs too!
