air duct cleaning
 + -1 moreMr. McNeill does excellent work, and the prices he charged for both new AC systems were well below the estimates that I got from other companies. Unlike some other repair services, he is quite punctual. The AC in my home recently stopped working - I called him late in the afternoon on a Friday, and he came out a few hours later and repaired it. When your AC goes out on a hot summer day, it's quite a thing to get such fast service!
Description of Work: Ed McNeill has installed two new central AC systems for me at two different houses, and he has performed repair work on the AC at a third house.

 + -1 moreI was extremely happy with the skill, and speed with which the repair was made. He did the troubleshooting rapidly and accurately. He had the replacement part on hand. Installed it professionally. He also looked over the whole system and hosed down the dirty coils to avoid a possible future problem. He went further than just throwing in a part and leaving. The cost of $115.00 (considering the speed with which Mr. McNeil responded) was certainly a bargain.
Description of Work: House Air Conditioning went down on a Saturday afternoon when I was expecting out of state visitors to stay at our house in 90 degree weather. Ed McNeil arrived 30 minutes after contacting him in the middle of another job. He immediately diagnosed the problem and replaced the defective part. He also cleaned the dirty condenser coil and ran pressure tests. I was up and running within 90 minutes.
