 + 1 moreShe told me it was a minimum of 10 hours. I agreed and she led me to believe it would be maybe two more hours than that. I kept asking for a price and she told me they didn't give a price until the work is done. She led me to believe it wouldn't be much more than $300. When I went back she had charged me for over 21 hours. And the work wasn't even good work.
Description of Work: Repaired a glass lampshade for me.

 + -1 moreOverall we are very satisfied with the result and were very comfortable working with Sherry. The lower punctuality rating is the result of the business moving and encountering unforeseen issues at their new location. Sherry had estimated 4 to 6 weeks to complete our project but was not able to deliver the completed piece for 10 weeks.
Description of Work: This company creates stained, leaded and textured glass for doors, windows and cabinetry. We contracted with owner Sherry Rice to create a circular piece for our guest bathroom. Sherry created the design and provided professional help in selecting the correct glass. The piece is exactly what we were looking for.
