It was great! No surprises, no issues.

They were great. They bought it out and delivered it today.

Started talking with Lowe's design rep in January....pd for services IN FULL (Lowe's policy) in March... and over 6 months later we still have issues to be resolved. Lowe's contracted with Estelline Construction Co. to do the work & Estelline came up with all the workers involved in the project. The problems were too numerous to list.... general examples include.......terrible communication, slower than anything or anyone we've ever dealt with on anything.....lack of quality workmanship...repeatedly had to ASK them to redo things...and we still have things not done properly........kids are MORE responsible and have MORE pride in their work than these people seem to have.

It went well, they were very professional. Everything was great.

It took 3 visits to finally do an adequate job on the refrigerator. Also my dishwasher which they did not install was damaged. Since they did not install it, this was not discovered until the plumber I hired had taken it out of box. All other appliances were delivered out of box so damage could be found easily. Since my plumber was already there, and he was being paid by us for his time, we opted to replace the damaged kick plate with one from the store, instead of the entire dishwasher. The refrigerator installer could not put the kick plate on the dishwasher, so we called to have someone from Lowes install it. They said it would take days for someone to come, and the manager was very rude about it, saying that I should be satisfied that I had my appliances before Thanksgiving. (I purchased them in early October) Sometimes the Largo store has exceptional employees and sometimes the employees and managers are rude and have no concept of customer service whatsoever. The good managers at Lowes are Isaac and Tiffany (not sure of her name, but she is the only female manager). Our refrigerator installer (the last one) was very concerned about doing a good job. Other than that, the other managers are terrible to deal with

Despite a few hiccups scheduling (initial order was automatically set to deliver the next day without contacting us as was expected and we live out of state so that was a problem, then the delivery was cancelled due to the item not arriving in stock by the delivery date and the subsequent delivery was scheduled for a completely different date than agreed upon) the actual delivery and hookup went smoothly. The delivery drivers were nice and conscientious. I recommend verifying the date of delivery a few days before you expect the item just to be sure the date is correct!

Very good. They did work out of program for us and they are a little slow, they are a little behind. Other than that we haven't put the fence here yet, we haven't seen the quality of their work. They got back to us with the proposal, the guy followed up on the proposal, he was a little slow at first but once i got to him he did a good job. They were about the same time as other providers.

Lowe's pricing was fairly good. They did a very good job, they made it properly. They were right on time, they were very efficient, they did a good job and it was very quickly done.

Lowes sent a salesman who provided me with an estimate without going on the roof to determine the correct labor and materials. Lowes then subcontracted the work and their subcontractor failed to show up when promised and then performed only half the job stating that they only install six inch gutter and the remaining half of the job could only be completed with five inch gutters. Lowes offered to refund half my money. I insisted the contract was for the entire house so Lowes brought in another subcontractor who contradicted the first and said six inch gutters could be used to finish the job. Six inch gutter were installed and they leaked everywhere. Lowes secured a third contractor and they pulled off all of gutters the previous subcontractors had installed and installed all new gutters. These new gutters also leaked profusely. Another contractor was called in by Lowes who eventually installed gutters which are effective except for a couple of small leaks. Out of exasperation, I accepted the work as completed. During this period I made many trips to Lowes to insist on better service in an attempt to compel them into delivering the service and quality I thought I had purchased. I have never been so angry at my inability to get a contractor to deliver the services for which I was required to pay upfront. The aggravation and inconvenience was such that I will never again use Lowes for home improvement services. They were undependable, provided almost unbelievable poor quality work which required constant attention from me and insistence that I would not accept the work until it was performed satisfactorily. It was the worst experience with a home repair vendor I have experienced in my entire life. The entire job which should have been completed in one day took several months from when the first contractor started the job until it was completed.

They had one of their installers do the installation, but I was not happy with him. The girl took a lot of pains writing everything out and getting right and he did not follow it and I wasn’t pleased with that. He started work on the kitchen and some of the things were not here, so we did not have everything for the job and as soon as he knew that he did not finish things up to that point. He said that he would finish the work the next time he came back and then he went on vacation and did not come back after the 1st of the next year. Every time they would come back, they would still not have enough parts and I couldn’t understand what was happening to the parts. They don’t do the electrical work and you would be better off if you had someone that did everything because I had a problem with that with them. I talked with a lot of people, but the girl was willing to work with me and I had my ideas of what I wanted. We worked on it and she wanted to make sure everything was perfect, it did not work out perfect, but she really tried. I picked them because they would custom make or build cabinets for you if you needed them to. I feel that they should subtract the amount for the work that wasn’t completed by them and I should also receive my touch up sticks. They were not responsive and punctual, but I think the quality of their products were good.

I had originally picked out a carpet that was out of my price range, but the representative was able to find me a cheaper alternative that still looked good. The two men that came to install the carpet were absolutely fabulous.

They were on time with the delivery. They took the old units out and that was that. I had originally gone to another store, but they didn't have what I was looking for. Lowes had good customer service and selection.

The salesman was helpful and the stove was on sale. I did not want it to be delivered for three months. The salesman said that is not a problem and they would hold it until then. I also got a military discount and a rebate for delivery.

Since I had a previous bad experience with another window company, I went to this company expecting the worst and being defensive. I explained to Roger I would not be one of his best customers as I requested everything in writing, wanted confirmation of order, delivery date, who was putting in windows etc. Roger gave me all the info I requested, was very understanding and went out of his way to make sure I was happy. He always answered my questions. The windows came on time, the installer was great, he showed up on time and was very competent. This kind of service is what customers expect but rarely ever get. Roger is one of a kind! He is one of the best customer service representatives I have seen in a long long time.
