+ -1 morePainting job was done late and no notification of new dates. The building was painted well, and looks good. The railings and trim were cleaned weeks before painting was done. The painters painted over the newly accumulated lizard and bird droppings on my railings. There are areas of a very light spray coat on my condo front door. There are a lot of areas of paint on my screens. My floor on my front porch was painted and should not have been- painters notified at the time. The painters used my personal parking spot for the many weeks the painting project took, leaving me with the hardship of no parking space. I was the ONLY person who was not allowed their parking space for 2 months. I pay the same monthly fee as everyone else. The painters painted the trim around the windows also. My windows have been painted shut and are not able to be opened in a fire or when the A/C goes out. Also some windows have the screens painted shut. The company has known about this since May 2016 and June 2016.
Description of Work: Exterior of condominium building painted. Trim, doors, railings painted.

Description of Work: Extremely good workers, although sometimes a language barrier. They were very prompt and eager to complete the job and did a very good job. I would highly recommend this company. They were very careful to cover windows and all fixtures. They completed our entire condominium building in a very timely manner. Also very good in helping with additional work.
