 + -1 moreEverybody I talk to say that he was great and the first pre construction he was he was available and when it came time to do the construction I could not get him to respond. I sent him e-mail I made phone calls, I left messages and I could not get him to respond. So I finally said because he was in breach of his contract and had the money I gave him. I requested a refund and I had not heard a word from him. So he was in breach of his contract my attorney said. He took me thru all the planning stages. He kept telling me that he was getting the permits and when I check with the county he had not even gone for any permits or had not submitted anything. All he had to do was say I'm to busy or anything instead of dragging me along for 16 months
