Living Tech Builders

Description of Work: We had Living Tech Builders give us an estimate for remodeling a condo on the beach. We also toured a condo in our building that had been remodeled by this contractor. The work was very high quality that we saw. The design was very efficient and original. We did not use this contractor at this time as we decided not to do the work we got the estimate for, we would use this contractor in the future. Brandon was very professional, very polite and very knowledgeable.

Description of Work: I was hired by a couple that purchased a condo on the Gulf of Mexico in Sand Key to oversee the a renovation of 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, flooring and several other upgrades, Brandon Livingston from Living Tech Builders was one of four contractors interviewed for the remodel of a 2000 square ft. condo. His professionalism, knowledge and respect for others were by far the most outstanding of all candidates. In addition, the quote for the job was one of the most reasonable. Living Tech was chosen for the remodel. To say that we are pleased with the overall construction and the end product would be an understatement. Brandon helped us shop for our choices of materials,monitored the deliveries, provided creative ideas to the owners that they loved and chose. He gave us contacts to shop online for lighting, plumbing and many other areas. He reported to me daily on the process of the remodel. We worked extremely well together. We would Skype the owner and show her from room to room the upgrades to ensure her satisfaction and we would send pictures daily of the progress. This is my 11th renovation and the first time to use Living Tech. I will never chose another contractor. Brandon Livingston and Living Tech Builders will be my choice contractors from this point. It was the best renovation experience due to the quality, communication, respect for the condo management and overall end experience that sold me!
