Description of Work: First time I used them they were great. Fixed problem at one house and checked out other house (next door) at a good price. Next time I called 6 mos. later for the same problem at house 2, and they jacked up the price over $100. Complained and they called boss who lowered the price $50. Will not use again.

 + -1 moreThey gave us a great price lower than every other bid. They showed up when they said they would and were very professional. They even told us we didn't need some of they things the other companies said was neccessary thus saving us money and only giving us what we needed for a nice cool home.
Description of Work: They installed a whole new a/c system for us.

Description of Work: My air went hot at 6pm..searched for an a/c company..Saw Lens n recognized the name..called and spoke to Jeff.After walking me thru things that could be wrong,I needed a repair guy..He sent someone over at 8:30pm and the gentleman couldnt have been nicer n informative.

 + -1 moreThey provided the lowest estimate by far and did a great job on the install. The installers were very nice and were very knowledgeable answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Len's Air installed a new a/c system in my house and even relocated the air handler.
