They trimmed the trees, pulled it all from my yard, cleaned up after themselves and then they cleaned out my gutters to ensure they would flow freely during the storm. I highly recommend this service. Rich is fantastic. I intend to work with them, in the future, on other projects in my yard.

Description of Work: Trees trimmed and cleaned up. Large Lagustrum tree out front and palms cleaned up and trimmed, very nice! and huge travelers palm and bird of paradise plants out back trimmed and cleaned up also growth coming over the fence line cut back.

I was worried about the very large branches that hung over the house, but was amazed at how skillful he was in cutting and directing the fall of them. They cleaned up all the cuts & trimmings very nicely. The price was very fair and the work was great. Thank you very much and we would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: Back in February we had our hedges trimmed. I was thrilled to have someone complete a beautiful job for us and that had me believing he would be our permanent professional to care for our hedges every three to four months (had someone for ten years, and since he retired I can't seem to find another reliable source). Because of this, I gave him a pass when I called for his services a few weeks later to sod our back yard and he graciously referred me to some other company. He also gave me a reference for an irrigation company, but that company wouldn't return my message. Still, I was just happy I had a good hedge trimmer! However, three months later I called to set up a convenient time for him to prune our hedges and he not only didn't get back to me, but I've called several times since and he doesn't return my calls. Hubby called last week, and he actually answered his call, said he was having a tough time keeping help and requested that we call back the following week. Hubby called, and no answer...to this day. I feel as though he simply wanted a good review on Angie's List and Home Advisor, which I happily did. I feel I am obliged to also express my feelings for the lack of courtesy. It's frustrating when you can't count on professional feedback once a job has been completed.

 + -1 moreFantastic. Quick, neat, blew the leaves and branches off of the roof and cleaned up the driveway and sidewalk before leaving.
Description of Work: A major amount of branches were touching the roof - both back and front of the house, over the drive. Just overgrown in general. They trimmed everything back neat and clean to make sure the branches were the necessary number of feet from the house.

Lawns and Palms does an excellent job and goes the extra mile to keep my yard looking great. They even picked up the piles of leaves I had raked in the back yard on 2 separate occasions and I appreciated that since the other lawn services I had used before wouldn't do that without being asked to and paid extra to do. I am very pleased with Lawns ans Palms and will continue to use them. Thanks.
