Very well Men arrived around 9:00 a.m. Began mowing, edging,finished up with blowing trash from driveway They worked with diligence and desire to do a good job which they did. They have always been willing to do trimming and extra services when I ask them to do with politeness and doing a good job They come once a week. Due to the rain last week they were unable to come but I am confident they will come this Thursday and do a good job.

I've been a customer of Lawns and Palms for several years now, they provide us with weekly service year round. They mow and edge the lawn every Monday, you can count on them being there and they do a good job. My lawn always looks neat and clean. They get the word done quickly and you can count on them showing up the day they say they will. They are a affordable and worth every penny. It is great not to have to worry about the lawn.

ONE MONTH and will never use again!! Upon start of new service in July 2016 the owner, Mike, promised us that everything we needed and wanted done would be taken care of. He was leaving on vacation but assured us that "his guys" would know exactly what we were expecting. Lawn was still high (not cut low enough), shrubs and bushes were not trimmed evenly, they did not take care of the weeds like he promised and they did not clean up well. He also promised us that when he returned from vacation he would come back and trim the Palm trees for an extra cost that we agreed upon. A month later and it still wasn't done as well as the services from them were still SUB PAR. When I called Mike to discuss all I got was excuses about rain and what-not. It had not rained much in the first two weeks we had the services and the fact that he never followed up with a new customer to make sure things were done right were UNACCEPTABLE. I had to call him 3 times to get info on when service/billing dates were so I could cancel properly instead of mid month. His wife does his billing and I know for a fact that I said to her on 8/4 "We might do a half month service becasue we are thinking about changing to the same company our neighbors use." Mike and crew was supposed to come the next day to do lawn service and NEVER SHOWED UP!! So becasue he knew we were unhappy with our service he just didn't come back!! Instead of IMPROVING relations!!! Poor service, poor communication, full of excuses, unprofessional and we will never use again. With hundreds of lawn companies out there in every neighborhood you would think someone with a reputable business would really strive to keep customers but this guy must have so much business that he doesn't care about how he treats the customer and the terrible job his crew does on the properties!!!

The crew from Lawns and Palms was WONDERFUL! I was home at the time of the visit and I must say I am pretty impressed. They worked efficiently and got the job done quickly. They came and did exactly what I wanted and were polite and courteous while doing it. They were sure to close the gates and clean up the debris when finished. I would definitely recommend Lawns and Palms for any of your yard work. You won't regret it!
