+ -1 moreLew did everything he could to help me. I was surprised he spent as long as he did on my weird problem.
Description of Work: I called Largo Tech for an "unsual" problem with not my computer, but my illuminated keyboard. I had accidently dropped my keyboard and knocked off two keys on my keyboard that I could not re-attach. I called Lew and explained my problem and ask if he might be able to look at the keyboard- he told me he would be over about 2pm. He arrived a little late but I was glad he was even taking the time to do me this favor as it was not his usual computer issue. He was extremely patient and spent at least 2 to 2 and one half hours trying to attach these tiny keys but finally gave up. He did not charge me for this because he said he only charges if he can fix the problem. Even though he was not able to fix my problem, he is a man of his word and he was extremely patient and professional. If I do have a computer problem in the future I will definately call him again. In this day and age, it is hard to find a business owner that would have even tried to help me with this problem.

+ -1 moreServices are only offered at home, not at an office (not necessarily a 'pro' or 'con'). Arrived at my house at pre-determined time (punctual). His demeanor was professional. Did a meticulous inspection of the laptop, pinpointed the possible cause (s) of the malfunction, and gave me his professional opinion on the advantage or disadvantage of repair. Spent almost an hour on the estimate, and did not charge a fee (I decided to pay a nominal fee, out of grattitude).
Description of Work: Had an estimate done for my defective laptop. He did a thorough examination of the laptop, explaining the reason behind each step as he went along.

+ -1 moreSaw his ad in our mobile park newspaper Had also heard about him from some neighbor Gave him a call and he was prompt and polite Was able to fix problem right here at home and the price was right Now my husband is getting his computer fixed
Description of Work: my laptop would not play cd's or dvd's I did not ask how he charged just could he fix it at a fair price he gave me a quote and stuck by it....
