I left a message asking for help buying shower door hinge gaskets. They never responded in any way. Pretty rude and unprofessional.

Largo Glass had a service window between 12-2. I called at 1 to see what the eta was going to be and Maria (the owner's daughter) said she'd call me back. Twenty minutes later, no call so I called her back; she said he wouldn't make it before 3 but would give me a call 30 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. I called back at 3 to see what the story was, she said she would check with the technician and call me back, and again she didn't call back. I called her twice more and got the answering machine both times. The technician called around 3:35 to say he just finished a job and would be there in 30 minutes. I said forget it, call Maria and reschedule with an exact time -- who wants to be treated this way. No one called to apologize or offer an explanation. Is it okay to keep a client waiting around four hours? I don't think so, there are other companies that appreciate the business.

Father and son came to the property and gave us estimate.we discussed different options and they did the job super fine.their workers are very professional.I am very much satisfied with their work.

They did a very good job. They were prompt, clean and they came the day I called.

MARIA, THE OWNER'S DAUGHTER, IS VERY UNRESPONSIVE, FAILS TO RECORD APPOINTMENT TIMES, FAILS TO CALL THE CUSTOMER WHEN ORDER IS IN, AND GENERALLY DOES NOT CARE. ALSO, THE MEASUREMENTS TAKEN WERE WRONG AND THE SHOWER DOOR HAD TO BE REORDERED.
