I am extremely pleased with the results and was fully satisfied with the process. I found John Duggan and his assistant to be highly skilled, very careful, thorough, cooperative, pleasant, and considerate. The emphasis on detailed prep work should prove valuable for the long term. I am hesitant to rate the price. It was not the lowest estimate, but gave me confidence which I think was well founded. The result seems well worth the price.

It did not go - other than the initial time they spent at my house, so they could give me an estimate. I never received an estimate.

We chose Krown Service due to work he performed in the neighborhood and reviews from Angie?s list. John?s work lived up to the reviews and much more. He was very helpful in helping us determine the paint colors for both inside and outside and was extremely patient in helping us chose the perfect color. He put colors on the walls both inside and out. He did not rush our decision. John arrived each morning @ 7am (with our permission) and left at 3PM, leaving the house completely cleaned up. His detail to his work amazed me. Old grout was removed and new grout applied meticulously. Holes from hooks etc. on walls were completely gone. Repairs (some large) were fixed. Large ceiling water marks fixed like they never were there. We were completely satisfied with Krown Services and would recommend their work.

Krown Service first did a pressure wash and then a very thorough preparation which included removing all the old caulking. All surfaces were sanded as required then primed or sealed. Finally two coats of paint were applied. Krown has the knowhow, uses quality materials, and puts in the effort necessary to do a first class job. I am very happy with the result.

The work was impeccable. Attention to every detail and then some. Care was taken and the prep work was second to none. When I have the interior painted I will call them to do the work.

I used John Duggan to paint the outside of my house months ago so I knew his attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. As I reach the end of my renovation of a 1952-built house, I decided to bring John and his assistant Phil back to do the inside. The job was a tough one because so many of the walls had mildew from years of neglect. The house interior hadn't been painted since the early 70s and the cleaning and treatments needed were extreme. John was up to it and now my house is beautiful inside and out. Thank you, John.

John was very professional and paid extra attention to detail in painting the house. He and his partner were here for 3full days and it looks amazing. We couldn't be more pleased.

Called and scheduled appointment to do some interior painting. We scheduled time to see job he would start 2 days later. I turned down other offers. He then writes 2 days before appt. and just says he can't do those dates, He had ALREADY agreed to the dates. ! I asked if he could give me some direction as the Holidays were near. He never answered. I, then, contacted another online 'home help' and got immediate feedback and job done . I think an answer to my message and a recommendation would have been in order. Very unprofessional.

This is the second time we hired John. He did an amazing job, just like we knew he would. We hired him to do the hard stuff. Trim work, drywall repair and painting of a small bathroom. He's always on time, very neat and the work is very professional, just like before. He also painted the stringers on our stairway and the hand rails, that worked out great too. Even spray painted a light fixture that now goes great in the bathroom. Everything is now fresh and clean, and I'm very happy. He's officially the only painter for us.

My 50s era house had thru-the-wall air conditioners that needed to be removed and the resulting holes filled in. Then the house, which hadn't been painted in 30 years needed patching and painting. John gave me separate bids for the painting and the masonry and both were good. He and his assistant, Phil, did an amazing job. The masonry work had to come first, and while John worked on that, Phil was able to do a lot of the prep work. They are a good team and their attention to detail is impressive. The yard was cleaned up each day, which was particularly important to me because I have dogs who get into everything. It took just over a week to get the job done, and I'm delighted with the results and how well they cleaned up the site when they were finished. I'll be doing painting inside early in the new year and John Duggan will be on my list to contact for sure.

JOHN AND HIS ASSISTANTS, PHIL AND MIKE, WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL AND DID AN AMAZING JOB. THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO AND MORE. WE WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IN A MINUTE.

The exterior of my house looked horrible and in desperate need of pressure cleaning, painting, caulking and some stucco repair. I also had my popcorn ceilings removed and re-textured and needed a painter to prime and paint the ceilings throughout the whole house as well as paint all of my interior doors and trim and a few other painting needs. I called a couple of companies out for estimates. John Duggan the owner came out for the estimate. His price was nearly identical to the other estimates I received and I chose Krown because of their great reviews and the fact that I really liked John's demeanor and professionalism over the others. This was one of the best choices I have made regarding house projects. John was at my house working hard along with his crew every day of the project. I felt very comfortable with John and his crew at my house each day while I was at work. My house inside and out needed a lot of TLC, and John's quality and attention to detail was incredible. Of all the trades I have had at my house for various projects, John and Krown are at the top of the list.

John was amazing. He was totally punctual for coming to do the estimate and all 3 days of work. The work was so beautiful, I never thought it would turn out so well with all the wear, tear and stain that had accumulated over the years before we bought the house. It looks like new. He also power washed our porch, driveway and garden edging, removing years of dirt and mold. He was so courteous, skilled, neat and professional. I have never been more pleased with the outcome of a job. We would give him the highest recommendation and would absolutely use his services again.

John and his team showed up at the agreed upon time every day and left the site clean at the end of every day. John is very meticulous and really took the time to prep the house prior to applying the paint. He used very good quality paint (Sherwin Williams) and took the time to ensure the color choice was what I wanted. He even came to the house a few days before prep work began to paint two 2'x2' spots. John and team filled all the holes, repaired the stucco and even repaired two of the window sills. The entire paint job was done in the time frame that we agreed upon and beyond my expectations. John and his team made this house look terrific and it was worth every penny. I would highly recommend Krown Services for any painting work where finish is important.

I needed my entryway/ foyer painted in my condo. The height to the ceiling in the part of the condo is 18', which is too difficult for the average individual to paint. Due to the difficulty of the job i elected to hire Krown Services. John did a terrifc job in painting the entryway/ foyer. John arrived at my complex on time at 7:30am and completed the job at 1:30pm. He covered the staircase rail and flooring thoroughly. Two coats of paint were evenly applied. I was very impressed by the quality of service John provided and highly recommend him. I was most impressed that John came out and gave a quote for this job on July 4th. This shows dedication to his work.

I contacted John for a quote and received a timely quote. I informed John I was waiting until my new bathroom cabinets got installed and we agreed I would contact him at that time. After my cabinet was installed I called John and got on his schedule. As always he showed up on time and performed excellent work. There is no doubt that my walls are in better shape than when they were new. The bathroom had tile removed from the wall, in addition the old towel rack and toilet paper holder were removed. When John was finished repairing and retexturing the wall you could not tell where the walls were patched. John is a perfectionist and is not happy with his work until everything meets his high standards. This is the 4th or 5th time I have used John and would highly recommend him to anyone who demands high quality work. John is helpful and very responsive to any questions, needs or concerns that you might have. I would definitely utilize Krown Painting for any future painting jobs.

They pressure washed, scraped, primed, painted two coats of Sherwin Williams paint, and cleaned up after themselves. They were professional, punctual and courteous. They were a pleasure to do business with. The quality of their work was really, really nice. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with their service. John Duggan, John and Phillipe were great. John was amazing, they spent an entire week just doing the prep work. Every tiny detail was taken care of. The work was done in a timely manner and with a high level of professionalism. I would recommend Krown Services to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about John but I'll try. John responded to our request for a quote within hours of calling and came by the house almost as quickly. John took his time listening to my wife and I. John made us feel like we were talking with a friend not just someone coming to do work for us. He explained in detail how he would pressure clean not only the house but the driveway, walkways, and even the pool deck! This was an unexpected plus. John's quote was detailed and most importantly delivered quickly. John spent a full day pressure cleaning, removing every spec of dirt and mildew, removed all chipped paint, re-caulked all the windows in preparation for painting. The painting work was excellent and attention to detail was outstanding. My wife and I were so impressed with John that we didn't hesitate to request another quote to have additional painting work done. I would highly recommend Krown Services to anyone wanting a 1st class job done by 1st class contractor. I know I will not hesitate to call John for any future painting work. We were so pleased with the work on the exterior of the house we had John come back to paint the Lanai floor. Once again John did an outstanding job with painting but he again went above and beyond by securing a loose decretive iron railing in two places and sealing two leaks in our roof gutters that had been dripping on to the floor. Krown Services, Inc. is a top notch contactor who can be relied on to do an excellent job.

It was fantastic. John came out looked at my home to give me his opinion and an estimate. The house is old and needed lots of help. The soffits were peeling and the house needed TLC very badly. We agreed on a price and date, they arrived everyday a 7:30 am and went right to work. The prep work took three days and they treated my home like it was theirs. All the cracks and blemishes were repaired and filled in. My wife choose three colors and they matched them perfectly. The finished product was amazing, it transformed our home. The soffits look great and they were very bad. We are very happy with the job Krown Services did and would use them again. I have already recommended them to many people.

I just had John paint the exterior of my house; his attention to detail is unmatched. I have lived in my current house for 29 years; the house was built 31 years ago. John fixed imperfections in the stucco caused by the builder?s lack of caring and their need to perform the job fast and cheap. Without a doubt the exterior of my house looks better than the day it was new. Dealing with John is a pleasure from the estimating process through the completion of the job. He will take time to explain every aspect of your job and provide helpful insight. This is the 4th time I have utilized Krown in the last 3 or 4 years and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their house painted. In the past I always performed the chore of painting the house myself and was satisfied with my work. John was an exceptional communicator throughout the process, a daunting task as we are 2500 miles away. Our property management company was onsite to confirm the work, which they reported to be excellent. I was extremely happy with the communication and commitment ... and loved the photos he provided throughout to keep me informed! Thank you John!

Exceptional job by John and his helper, John. We had used John for a previous job and were so pleased we hired him to prep and paint the exterior of our house.. Prompt call back to get estimate and schedule the work. Always courteous and professional. He is truly a perfectionist, not just a painter, he spends extra time prepping the house, including pressure washing the walkway, sidewalk and fence to make sure everything is absolutely beautiful down to every detail. Took extra care with all plants and trees, covered all areas that might be affected. Cleaned up materials every day. Great challenge was several days of rain after the initial pressure washing. As soon as rain was over, they were back on the job. It turned out just like we wanted. We will use him again and have recommended to others. Neighbors already complimenting the work and colors!!!

He never showed up when agreed. Then when I emailed him he said "I wish you would have reminded me at the beginning of last week, I could have done the work for you last Thursday and Friday. If you still want me to do the work, I am busy for the next two and a half weeks after that I would be able to do the work." We had a couple of email exchanges because his quote was more than my budget for a few other things I needed done, but the last one went clearly like this: my last lat email was "OK, can I just get you to do the gutters, pw and paint for $875 next week? I can do the rest then." and he clearly replied, "That sounds good. Thanks, John." $875 is not cheap for 1650 sq ft house worth of gutters, soffit and fascia. My wife is about to go into labor any day now and this was supposed to help me out. I need my mother's old house rented. She died last March. It's costing us money every month and now the stress of finding another painter is on me again. He knew this was my situation. So much for Angie's list being a source for good people. So few people want to work in Florida. So few are reliable. Andrew
