Mr. Duggan has provided painting services 3 times in the last 5 years. He has painted the exterior of our home, interior walls, and recently he painted the ceiling of an outdoor lanai. In every case, John was professional, detail oriented, and set up and cleaned thoroughly after completion. He handled all the details from beginning to end, including extra care with matching existing colors to the new work. We have nothing but positive things to say about this firm.

Excellent job done on the Fascia and soffit, excellent job on pressure wash of driveway and sidewalk. Excellent job on painting the Aluminum windows (the outside) good job on the inside. Good job on painting interior of house but not so good job on fixing cracks in pop-corn ceiling. Very clean, professional and punctual. Would use again and recommend to others.

This is the 4th time I have used Krown Services. In fact they are the ONLY contractor I have used more than once. John Duggan is a dying breed of professional that gets the job right the first time, down to the last detail. He has done some smaller jobs for us previously: painted exterior trim around windows, touched up living room ceiling after a leak, and painted all interior doors. This time around, John painted the entire exterior of my house and detached garage. This included painting samples on the relevant areas of the house and trim for us to review while deciding on colors, pressure washing the house (including driveway and all sidewalks), sealing the house prior to applying paint, and finally applying our desired colors. John was always available and communicative as to what he was going to be tackling on any given day and always delivered on schedule. The final product was outstanding and we couldn't have been happier.

This is the second time I've worked with John, and he has done incredible work on both projects. For this particular project, he called me back the same day I called him and worked out a time to come by the next day to give me an estimate. He was then able to start on this project about 10 days later. He showed up exactly when he said he would and got to work right away. There ended up being 2-3 layers of wallpaper in our bathroom, but he didn't charge extra for the extra time it took him and his assistant to remove it. He also removed a towel rack for me, and, after removing the wallpaper, found a section of the wall that had once held a medicine cabinet. He patched up both areas perfectly and painted the entire bathroom beautifully. Our hallway walls had a very specific texture to them, and John was able to find a perfect match. He also repaired parts of the walls that had been damaged by the renovation work we had done over the summer. The hallway walls and dining room wall look great now! John's assistant did a great job on the walls where I had him remove the curtain rods. You can't even tell the rods were ever there. He also touched up some other walls in that same area that were damaged by previous house projects. I am extremely pleased by the work John does, and, without a doubt will hire him again for any future painting projects. He's very personable, offers helpful advice, very professional, thorough and cleans up after himself every day he's on the job - and leaves behind nothing but excellent work when he's done.

John did a great job and was attentive to details such as the outlets, switch plates and vents. All the cabinets and flooring were covered. John did a very professional job and even offered extra help and a container of ceiling white, in case I wasn't as professional cutting in the top line as he is. I would definitely recommend John and use him again.

Perfectly. We have used Krown before and once again they did a terrific job. John Duggan and his workers do a great job helping you select the right color. The are efficient and work to get the job done quickly, but not rushed. I definitely recommend them.

While no project goes perfect, Krown Service was very attentive and worked to ensure, in the end, everything met our expectation. They were very professional and paid attention to many details which could have been easily skipped by less professional providers.

Great! John painted my whole house a few years ago - did a fabulous job - and he was my first thought when this need arose. John has old-school pride in his craft and he's a bit of a perfectionist (which I like). Punctual, super-friendly, fairly-priced...and he went above and beyond to touch up minor wear and tear in his original paint job! I only wish John could fix all my other needs around the house as I would hire him in a heartbeat. You won't go wrong with Krown.

He did a horrible job. I thought it was a big company, it turns out to be a one-man show. The guy's name is John. He had a helper that showed up so infrequently that he ended up firing him before he finished the job. It did it twice while he was there and he repaired it, but when I hired him he was supposed to fix all the cracks and places that were broken on the outside as well as the inside because I hired him to paint both the outside and the inside and do any stucco or whatever else you call that stuff on the wall repair -- that was all supposed to be included in it. While he was finishing up after he did my bathroom the paint started to bubble. I showed it to him and he fixed it once. It happened exactly again the same day. I told him I think he needed to look outside where you fixed under there and see if something is there. He said he did. I gave him a check Friday and my paint in my bathroom is all peeling and stuff. I am going to take a picture and send it to Angie's List to show them what it looks like. He tried to blame it on my windows. I just got new windows put in last year. If something was happening with the windows it would be happening in every room, not just the bathroom. It was supposed to take a week for the outside, but it took him over two weeks. He needed his money so I paid him anyway, but he was almost done. The inside was only supposed to take a week but it took over two weeks. He broke a couple of things now. He did replace one, but my landline phone from how he pulled the line out is not working, but I have it hooked into my modem. First of all he needs experienced help. He shouldn't advertise as a painting company that does drywall and stuff because with the paint peeling off my walls in the bathroom apparently he did not know how to fix it. He did try and went over it twice, but all the paint is bubbling and peeling. I am going to have to find somebody that really knows what they are doing to fix it after I gave him almost $10,000 to do the inside and outside of my house.

John and his crew were always here promptly everyday and cleaned up everyday before they left. They were very professional and friendly. The work looks great and the pricing was very reasonable. I would hire them again and I have recommended Krown Services LLC to my other condo neighbors.

Excellent. I have hired several different painters over the past 4 years; this was by far the best work I have experienced! The prep work was perfect: patching, sanding, repairing. The paintings equally well done; no runs, drips or errors, way beyond any of my previous experiences. The work began and was completed on time and on price. The cost was way below the bids of two other excellent painting companies It is hard to see how anyone could have done better. Best contractor I have ever had! Thanks!

John is unbelievably talented. He repaired our bedroom ceiling a year ago after the roof started leaking. Based on the quality of that job I had him back for the lanai job. First he covered everything under the lanai with plastic sheeting. He even taped sheeting over the glass doors leading from the house into the lanai. Good thing because there was old drywall pieces all over the floor. It took him about 6 days, some part time to complete the job. When he finished, he cleaned up all the debris, and the ceiling was perfect. If you want quick and dirty don't call John. He's too professional. Finally, John is very busy. One needs to have patience as he clears out projects already committed to.

Excellent work. I was provided with a prompt cost and time estimate. We scheduled the date and time for the painting and he arrived at the scheduled time and finished the painting as agreed. Area he painted looks amazing. Would definitely hire again.

Fantastic service, great result. John was on time, did an amazing job matching colors for us and also touched up an area we had not noticed at no extra charge. Krown Service was AAAA+. I would recommend John to anyone looking for an honest painter at a fair wage who does outstanding work!

First, I live in New England and this is a condo we own in Florida so when I contact a contractor or have work performed, I actually fly in to meet with them. I have had many, many, many issues with contractors not showing up on scheduled times or not at all. I have had work quality issues with companies that have stellar reviews on Angie's List. Krown LLC and John Duggan is not one of these companies. John was at my location on time for the walk through and spent the necessary time to understand what I wanted. The estimate was returned to me the next day. I approved the estimate and scheduled the work. My wife was at the condo and found some additional things that needed to be addressed and John immediately offered to and repaired them. He and his crew went way above and beyond what I expected and the quality is outstanding. So, John and his crew actually renewed my faith in the Angie's List reviews and ratings. For the first time, I contacted a top rated vendor and actually received top notch service. Do not hesitate to contact Krown LLC if you need painting services. You will be pleased with the results.

Mr. Duggan and his staff do an extremely professional job painting. Very meticulous. We have used them twice before for our inside and outside of the house. I trust them and would highly recommend them.

John and his crew of 2, promptly arrived at 8am the first and every day, setting up the areas to be painted, and keeping us informed of their plans and expectations. Originally John anticipated it would take about 4 days to complete the job, but as we added additional areas, it took him 8 days total, which we appreciated his willingness to complete additional work promptly. They were very efficient, protecting our furniture completely, watching out for our Greyhound who seemed to always get in the way, and respecting our needs when our 1 year old Granddaughter came to visit too. All the rooms were completed timely, and the results are beautiful. We are preparing our house to sell, and we know John's wonderful expertise will inhanse our value. Thank-you for such a wonderful job.

Once again John Duggan and Krown Services LLC did a wonderful job. They painted the entire exterior of our house including pressure washing, caulking, minor repairs, and wall and trim paint. Everything went smoothly and was well done as expected. This time the extra service he gave us was help in choosing the color. Our HOA had a notebook of colors we were to choose from. I picked four and John bought the paint and put them on the wall as samples. All were terrible choices and did not come out as I had expected. There was one more color in the notebook that we thought might work. John took that and a paver, left over from redoing the pool, to Sherwin Williams. He had two new colors mixed. Both were great and we were about to pick the one we wanted. He also selected a perfect trim color. We and the HOA were happy. I would definitely recommend Krown Services LLC to everyone for both interior and exterior painting.

John had painted my house before and did such a goof job i brought him back. Highly recommended. Update: I had some paint bubbling up in the bathroom. John came back out and found that there was high moisture content on the wall by the shower head. In spite of that he spent several hours redoing this at no charge....what a guy.

The whole process went perfectly. They showed up on time and did their work diligently and professionally. They organized which rooms to do when according to our needs. They moved all the furniture, covered it, and moved it back to where it belongs. Everything went smoothly. We are so pleased having them paint the exterior.

John was very punctual and efficient. We supplied the paint and had the wall pressure washed ahead of time, as we were getting our entire house pressure washed. I only needed the back wall painted as it had big areas where paint was missing after getting a leak in the pipes fixed. John did a great job and the areas that were affected are not even noticeable. He also removed a couple of window decorative shutters that I wanted painted and repainted those for us. Also, he painted our window sills along that back wall, which I requested. He did a very nice job, cleaned up everything after he was done and gave me a very fair price. I would recommend him to anyone and won't hesitate to call him again in the future.
